The problem with that is the AO is she believes that fate is set in stone, and is trying to fight the fate we will destroy the world.
While not nearly as bad, she is rather controlling and well not as understanding as Dr. strange will.
Also, we have some problems with… well you'll see.
The problems that I shall say is that the AO is not who she is at the level who we see during the Dr. Strange movie. Not as wise as she is in the future.
Key word is mostly.
You can't kill her. As in even with Sun Wukong as a power ally, you can't kill her.

Uh, there was actually a major plot point for the animated What If series that shows that messing with the timeline could be absolutely disastrous to the point of outright leading to the destruction of an entire universe. So her fear is actually pretty understandable. That said there are multiple timelines with many different possibility as shown in the What If and Loki series.
So it's more that she is half right, outright trying to change a fate that has happened can have pretty disastrous results but then again just because she has seen one possibility doesn't mean that said possibility has to be our fate. Which would fit since this is a younger AO and so wouldn't know enough to understand the full context of timelines at the moment.

It still amazes me that mutants thought it was a good idea to call the new species of human homo superior. Nothing say 'we don't think we are superior to the rest of humanity' then literally calling their species superior. You'd think that at least a few of them would remember the Nazis and their whole thing about being 'the superior race' and how that ended up for many people.
Sadly you are bound to have ignorant and xenophobic people who fear people who are different than them. Just look at all the people who have an irrational hatred towards people for having a different skin color then them or just from a different region than their home.
Hopefully Levi would give the mutants a positive look to negate a lot of the hate that would form.

I still think they would have a colossaly harder time if they cross Levi his powers really shine on political scenarios and unlike most marvel galaxy brain he isn't a social criple and have nerves and balls of 10th metal

Sun Wukong was waiting when you finally made your choice. There was something odd about making this choice. It felt, in some way, right, that you were refuting something that was long ago set in stone, that your fate, and that of another, that simmered all trapped in a prison of hell, deprived, not only of your life but of your future. That was something that you could never truly forgive.
You were a hero. You wanted to save Sun Wukong, because it was the right thing, nay…
The only thing to do was right.
Everything else, every other excuse, everything that could have been brought to you, was naught but cowardness.
You were free.
And in the end, so would Sun. "Tell me what to do?"
Sun Wukong, just smiled and held out his hand. "Tell me, do you trust me?"
"No, at least not fully." You stated. "But I am willing to help you, and that should be enough for me."
Sun nodded. "Then tell me Henrich Ostar, are you afraid?"
"No." You replied. "Not anymore."
You then took his hand. "Excellent. Though I do have one thing to say… Hope you like having a monkey tail?"

You awoke and immediately felt the tail twirling and moving on its own, under both its own power and under your control. You were a little hairier, and there were tattoos that you knew were not there before.
But you looked at the Ancient one, and her mouth was agape. "You foolish boy." She whispered as she prepared herself as you stood up, stretching. You also gained an inch, which was strange, but you knew that was nothing more than… you looked to your hands and saw the staff, you held it strong in a grip, a practice that was amazing… you had held it near your entire life. "You've undone the world. Everyone will die."
You frowned. "Even so, you should know me by now, if you know the future, and my past. I would never allow someone to suffer like this. Never."
There was a pause from the Ancient One, as she paused, taking a moment to see what held you, and what drove you. "There are so many others that may join this, that will see you as an ally, and a friend, including myself in the future. But you have allowed Sun to escape before his time."
You frowned. "Do not mistake the future for fate. And as I said. He is a prisoner, that I will not allow to stay."
She frowned. "Very well." She prepared. "Prepare yourself."
You twirled the Bo staff and smiled. "Very well."
"I think it might be best if I take over." Sun stated.

And the World went black, as you fell into a pool of unconsciousness.

You awoke on a bed, in a city, and you realized that you were back in shanghai.
What the hell? You then sat up to see Sun Wukong, floating on a cloud, as he waved. "Ah, sorry bout, but no offense, you would have been a liability."
"You took over my body!" You protested.
"Indeed I did, and as you can see, you are still alive." He stated as you looked at the tail, and touched it, causing it to shiver as you stroked it. "So what happened to me?"
"Well, you bonded with my spirit, and while your body, thankfully did not reject me, you did suffer some minor physical changes." He smiled as he said that. "Hence, the tail. Your lucky you didn't become super hairy as well, but your body seemed to have something in it that allowed your body to adapt."
"My mutation?" You spoke allowed, causing Sun to look at you with curiosity.
"Mutation… it's been a long time since I met one of your mutant brethren. Sweet girl. She was… too good for this world." He shook his head. "Also, rescued that chap, Mike, from the Celestial Emperor so you shouldn't be dealing with the devil anytime soon. And that angel was quite friendly."
You frowned. "So, what now?"
"Well my body will take a few years to escape prison and then that will need to find it, eventually." He smiled. "You are stuck with me."
"As long as you don't steal my body, we'll be fine." You replied.
"Of course. Though I recommend staying out of India for now. She really doesn't want to see you for now, until she grows wiser and less sore from losing to me."

I have to say that with that result I hope that we would have at least learned how to fly, his ability with acrobatics and Kung Fu, or some of its more trickster skills like Stealth or lying...

Feels like the big issue with thinking we can match someone like Sun Wukong is that we lack a number of things that make them so powerful. Example being that unlike Sun we aren't a demi god and Sun likely has unique modifiers that boost chi abilities and martial arts.
Not saying we can't learn some of his stuff but odds are really good we are not going to be anywhere near his level in his specialty. Just saying might be a good idea to temper expectations here.

I'm just going to say this because this is a pet peeve I have with Precognitive powers/items, if they show only 1 timeline and it's true, then that ain't the ability doing crap, that's what we call the Plot, hell, prophecies are vague as hell because they center around something I call a Central Fate Point, this event happens definitely but how it goes depends on the which Branch of Time you are on, so things that can have variables aren't absolute, just guesstimating, and there's also another problem, each second or event can cause a split branch to happen, it's THE Major flaw of Precogs not being ensured by literally the Plot beyond Fate points (Branches have different Fate points but all lead to a Central Point) is that unless it's a major event, it's useless, PoV from worm actually doesn't have that problem, it can literally guess every branch, it's that much bullshit, but it intentionally chooses the path that has a chance of success whilst incurring the most deaths, Literally a homicide power, which is why Cauldron is stupid most of the time honestly, it's because they're following something that wants them and the majority of existence dead, I'm pretty sure only it's original Hub could control it, anyway I just wanted to rant about this, and how dumb Precognitive powers that focus on specifics are very much only useful has knowing 1 outcome of a grade on a test, you still have 99 others to consider, and maybe more or less.
