Appreciation post time!
Once again, the training scenes didn't disappoint. The experiments with Diffindo were nice, but I found the process of charm-crafting to be especially fascinating: we studied the towel from as many points of view as possible and then described it in runic language, filling in the literal blanks on the cloth with runes meant to impart it the unnatural effects of the enchantment. So, with every charm, we're basically rewriting reality! The concept appeals to me on many levels, and I love how well it fits with the creative and artistic nature of our character.
The Quidditch match was also incredibly fun to read, starting from the focused atmosphere of the team's preparation before the start, which continued for us throughout the game, as we seemed to enter a flow-state of sorts (finally a 90+ on our social roll!). The play-by-play was intense and nail-biting, and I enjoyed the fun ways every technique was used, not only our own, but everyone else's, too, as well as the way our plan was implemented. The climax of the final series of events was thrilling and I actually cheered in real life when we saved the goal (and the win) just before the snitch was caught.
I also really liked the fact that, on top of everything else, we got a trait vote out of our successful season, and every option was unique, fitting and tempting. So, thanks for that,
@Karf , and for writing this great update in general!
