mmm, I will propose Argentina as a possible country to expand to, but I don't know what the reaction would be since, in IRL there were quite a few people who said they were Nazis and were somewhat delicate with the issue of the Nazis, besides that in 1955 there was a coup military and then in 1971 another ..

Merry Christmas Eve, everyone!
That was something I was thinking early about how gobbling up too much of the damaged Germany or loaning money out too freely would literally be Nazi talking points. Germany does need to be rebuilt but Heinrich can look like he is simple exploiting the vulnerable situation to buy up all the land to build businesses. Even loaning money like a bank for local buisnesses is risky as alot of new buisnesses take time to be profitable and many fail so it could seem like setting up people to fail to profit.
Besides standard development of the company and casual buying of some choice lands there is not alot of things to directly stimulate the economy. The only thing I can think of is buying Bonds so the government can reinvest so as to distance from the negative PR spin someone will inevitable try.

For China specifically, I'm working under the assumption that we prefer the nationalists over the commies. Striking a deal with one of the KMT's financiers (they handle sale and distribution of the PenisPill for a % of profit, that will most likely go to funding the NRA) could be a way we influence how that war goes – because a permanent peace is basically impossible between the PRC and ROC if they both believe they can win.
If German arms industry is still a thing, we could buy the factories and churn out as many guns as we can get our hands on to the NRA. Or dump all the Wermacht surplus (I'm assuming some demilitarization was part of the peace deal for Germany).
As for regime change? We can set up a scholarship foundation or something along those lines for gifted individuals from the colonies. Basically, it'd be an avenue for us to get our hooks into people that will go back to the colonial states and build up their power base there for a takeover when independence gets declared. Ideally we get people that are ideologically aligned with us. A page out of the School of the Americas playbook, in other words.
^We'd need to focus on a specific post colonial state for this, though. A former German colony from before WW1 that has a large population and ample resources would be a good choice.
That's if we want to try our hand at not!regime change.
I don't think I was getting the point across properly. The issue with selling to 3rd World Countries in this time period are as follows:
1. We can't really ship to them.
Containerization – which is what flattened the cost of shipping in the modern day – only became a thing in the mid-50s, and it took quite a while after for the cost of shipping internationally to become negligible.
2. That means we need to produce locally.
Even assuming all the materials and personnel needed are available, you then run into the risk of getting your business appropriated.
*Examples:
All the way up to the early 2000s, every major corporation (foreign or domestic) that set up shop in Indonesia would have current & former army generals on retainer as "consultants" or (more likely) outright board members (on the local subsidiary corp). This was to both grease the wheels of business/government, and to protect from becoming a target for appropriation (the second reason was a lot bigger in the early days of the Cold War, nearing the 2000s it was more for connections).
In India specifically, the state handed out monopolies to individuals closely associated with the ruling government. Foreign competition was undercut.
3. The opportunity cost of setting up shop in any Third World market is too high
Focus on the countries that have infrastructure and adequate consumer spending first. Capture those markets, kill off any potential copycat firms (because the minute there's an alternative to the drug, the cost will need to drop unless you establish a price cartel). Since infertility and the inability to get a stiffy isn't a life-threatening disease, I'm completely fine with extracting large profit margins on not-Viagra.
Only when 1 or 2 are no longer true, that's when expanding to the Third world actually makes financial sense.

I can't see how this will be difficult to surmount. Getting the wealth is the actual hard part. Everything after should be much easier.
Ideas to circumvent this issue you've raised, super TLDR version:
- Set up secular private charitable foundations. Use to build orphanages, schools, scholarships, etc. Place our political allies, or better yet, family members of political allies in charge. Have our name be barely associated.
-- Set up an explicitly Jewish foundation as red herring.
- Set up a family office to manage wealth.
-- Hire PR specialists/put PR firm on retainer via family office.
- Buy German gov't bonds. A lot of them. Ideally for infrastructure building and reconstruction.
- Invest into other struggling companies that are fundamentally sound. No one is going to say no just because you're Jewish. If they are, that company was going to fail anyway on account of the founder's idiocy.
-- Seek minority stakes. Don't grossly overpay, that just makes you a target to be duped.
---Other wealthy individuals that aren't Jews exist. Get them to invest alongside you. That way you avoid ending up a majority shareholder.
-- In the event your investment leads to majority ownership, include clauses that allow the founder to buy-back shares to get back a majority, at below market value.
-- Divest the majority stake we hold when bringing those companies public (IPO on stock market).
- Establish a startup accelerator. For new companies, made by people that don't have the money but have the knowledge, motivation and ideas. Same steps to avoid becoming a majority owner as above.
- Employee contracts in MC's corps should have stock options included. Also include stock ownership for employees that work for you for X years. This is both good PR, motivates your workers & gets them to bat for you.
Longer Version:
Set up private Charitable foundations, stack their boards with our ethnically German compatriots and political allies. The ones that we bombed Hitler with, or their family members. You just give them money, they decide how they will spend it. Of course, your suggestions will play a role – but the public doesn't have to know for sure. These foundations should be explicitly secular in nature. Stuff like funding orphanages, schools, scholarship programs for gifted but underprivileged youth.
- If you want to set up a red herring for the anti-semites, also establish an explicitly religiously Jewish foundation. Give this one less money than the others, but these are for things like reclaiming synagogues appropriated by Nazis and stuff like that. I'm not Jewish, but someone who is can probably think of a few productive things that are simultaneously religious and beneficial for Jewish Germans.
Charity isn't even the main avenue we should be approaching this problem from, though.
Establish a family office. I know for a fact this is a thing in Germany even during this time period, and the Swiss should have plenty of these at this point. This is useful for the purpose of not having to micromanage all the money, while getting access to expertise. Plus, this also means you don't technically own the company (the family office does, it's completely irrelevant that the sole controller & beneficiary is you).
^Since family offices are Private, they don't have to provide as much information to the government and other institutions as a Public company.
Hire PR specialists via the Family Office. Put a PR firm on retainer. At a certain point learning skills is a waste of an action that we could use for specializing further in another field. You'll never be as good a PR specialist as someone who's dedicated their career to that, when you're already a genius bombmaking pharmaceutical industrialist.
Like suggested, hint to our adoptive father that the German government could sell bonds to the public to fund reconstruction. Bonds that we'd be all too happy to purchase. Dunno if state governments in Germany can issue these too, but that would also work. In all likelihood this is a loss-making enterprise for us, but it will speed up reconstruction.
I don't believe bondholders are publicly identified in Germany (or anywhere else, tbh). Even if by some weird instance we do get outed, it's easily explained away as us wanting to store a % of the wealth in a stable way that benefits the country.
Aside from that:
When establishing other companies, partner with skilled individuals who don't have as much capital, give them a minority stake in the company (20%?). Include a clause that allows them to buy shares from you at below market value x amount of years down the line, to the point where they can buy back a majority stake. Alternatively, take the company public (float it on the stock market) after X number of years, divest our majority stake that way.
Alternatively; Allow employees (by definition, most will not be Jewish) to get shares of the company after working there for 5 years, also include stock options in every employee contract. Make this public knowledge – it's both good PR and your workers will go to bat for you. This is pretty normal startup behavior in the 21st century, but the legal structures in 20th Century Germany should still allow this.
Establish a startup accelerator. Basically, give seed money to people with new ideas and innovations. You can even tie this back with the scholarships the charitable foundations give, allow the truly gifted and entrepreneurial ones to get fast-tracked here.

I was originally going to advocate for going Irvine Company and buy as much land as possible and develop it according to a plan (after taking Urban Planning or some other similar skill). But, if that isn't tenable, we could build up Future Corporation and build satellites in other countries. America is a possibility. I'd prefer to build up Germany as it has a lot of potential, but if the German people don't want help we could always have Heinrich move to another country that might appreciate the mass of funds and jobs.
Though, people might change their opinion as their lives are improved by his actions directly and fairly immediately.
