Ha, she thinks we're an artificial mage, that's rather funny. But she does have a good point, we should probably keep the fact that we're not human secret, outside of a small group.

We should start carrying a picture book when we throw lightning. When people ask why our book doesn't feel magical, get snooty and tell them their pathetic little books leak magic and a properly engineered tome looks like anything else until tapped skillfully.
