[X] The Tears of Winter: King of Winter - For she who risked everything to save him, ensure they are repaid in kind.
*Season's Greetings: The hands of Fate are not the Apocryphal's alone; and though her power is by far the greater, still she may acknowledge the sanctum of her kin. Allows Nilfel to be shielded by Spare the Innocent even if Adorie is not physically present. You can move your other populations into Nilfel if you want. Given the massive lifespan and vitality upgrades, it's unlikely they would complain. Perhaps more importantly, by retreating into Nilfel Hunger may earn a modest reprieve from whatever interesting times are troubling him at the moment. Abuse this privilege and the consequences will be dire: but sometimes all you need is a day and a night.
A day and a night.
Hey, was somebody worrying about the Apocryphal Curse striking in the 24 hours before Pillars goes up? Well worry no more! As now can rest safely, so long as we're in Nilfel.
I want to be able to bring Adorie with us -- and I'm pretty interested in the Font of Myth, as well as the other things like Kingdom of Winter history -- so we will be able to keep using our Praxis abilities.
... Also. This means that we can put Adorie in charge of any Human Sphere territories we take over, and they'll also be protected from the Apocryphal Curse. So Adorie's reign can defend both Nilfel and the Human Sphere this way. Yep, I'm going for this.![Smile :) :)](data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7)
We get to have our cake and eat it too, when it comes to Apocryphally-defended lands, Praxis usage, and even the 24 hours before Pillars activates for those who were worried.
Also... We get to leave the nation, feeling like we did not just merely save it from a tyrant, but truly brought peace and prosperity. We brought it greater fortune than it had before. And that is a good feeling. Hunger didn't merely just kill its usurper, while costing it huge amounts of money, crown jewels, and magical tower. He also defended it from an Armament, and reinvigorated it. I like that.
