So, right away I think we want a Defining Enhancement here, unless we're taking Kinslayer. Uttermost seems pretty busted, the fact that it gives ++All stats negates the downside in the short-medium term. Stranglethorn is good as always, and now that we can buy Fierce Quickening the downside is a little easier to work around.

True Maiming is just a terrible idea. Don't expect it to get healed any time soon, seriously, and if someone happens to use poison or disease as a weapon it means we've lost the fight right there.
