She did, I had originally came up with her name back during the last draft of this quest a good... like 5 years ago, and at the time I had not known the rule of Kihara names, so I went to switch that up, and when I was doing so I decided to go with a more... Kihara-esque picture. Also, i could have sworn the doctor had a different name and appearance last time i looked.
The thing to remember about Fly on the Wall is that it has the ability to see through solid objects.Fly on the Wall just seems... wasteful almost? Sure it works for what it does, but Recreation can do basically the same thing for cheaper, or farther into the past more likely. Fly tops out at 36 minutes right now to Recreation's 1 hour 30 minutes. Recreation needs us to find the area what we're looking for happened in granted, but Dawn or Summation can do that, Dawn better than Summation probably because Summation could have info overload (if you're looking for a couple hours in a five year history you're going to have issues), but if what you're looking for is past Dawn's reach then you're just fucked.
I really like Rewind too. Low cost and can lead to using Recreaition much better, but the stacking costs mean we're down to like 40 minutes? Granted Summation isn't great either on that front.
The main limit of our power is our Energy definitely, because if we need to find when to look and then that time is now beyond our scope because of us finding that point in time, well, what a waste.
Rewind is probably the most useful in a Stand Alone environment for investigative purposes. Fly is... decent, but falls short really just due to the high cost. Like if we can get to a place in under ten minutes, then its great, but damn that cost.
Snapshot is... to be frank Recreation or Rewind will just be better 95% of the time I think, its only advantage is its low cost.
Pass Along is interesting. Potentially the most useful, but its heavily reliant on the environment of what we're investigating or looking into, so its heavily ymmv.
Yes, Dawn works on Corpses, and you guys did vote to Join Judgement, which is actually going to be a part of the vote in the next update.[X][Stunt] Dawn
[X][Stunt] Pass Along
Does dawn work on corpses and when one use it does one see whom broke the object, if so then this combo would make us be able to solve nearly all types of crime and that would be really powerful, of course this would only be useful if we joined judgement
Esper Levels |
Level 0 | Person without powers | Exceptions aside, cannot be considered completely powerless, but is considered one of the so-called "students that can't keep up at school". Might possess some degree of power, but unable to truly control it. |
Level 1 | Person with Low Powers | Powers of the degree to bend a spoon, many students belong here. |
Level 2 | Person with Unusual Powers | Just like Level 1, powers are not very useful in everyday life. |
Level 3 | Person with Strong Power | The degree when powers are considered convenient in everyday life, ability-wise this is the Level when one starts to be treated as part of the elite. |
Level 4 | Person with Great Power | Powers of an extent that their wielder acquires tactical value of a military force. |
Level 5 | Person with Super Power | Powers of an extent that their wielder can fight alone against a military force on equal terms. |
Level 6 | Person with Absolute Power | Powers of an extent that they're considered immeasurable. However, nobody has been able to achieve it yet, with many institutes in the city trying to find ways to attain it |
For instance, if you were use that on a computer, during that snapshot you would be able to see every single piece and part of the computer with perfect accuracy. Like you were looking at a 3d model that you can explore at your leisure, and you do, but all in a single moment.so about snapshot what does seeing every inch of bit of it in perfect understanding mean, it is way too vague
Active Stunts | These stunts are the easiest to develop, and can actually develop and function at a level higher than the ability under normal circumstances. | The Ur-Example of this kind of Stunt is the famous 'Railgun' Stunt that Level 5 Electromaster Misaka Mikoto has developed. She actually first developed the ability at level 3, when she went through a class shift, and during the first time it was being measured, it was assumed that Misaka went through a level shift because the railgun itself was functioning at a level 4 state. |
Passive Stunts | Passive stunts are abilities that once they are developed they are always functioning. They do not require Energy to use, but many of them may change or evolve when going through a Level Shift | The Ur-Example of this kind of Stunt is Accelerator's 'Reflection Aura' Stunt which runs passively in the background and reflects incoming attacks. |
Evolutionary Stunts | Evolutionary starts are the most difficult type of stunt to develop, but are some of the most powerful. These stunts alter how your powers function in a very fundamental way. | The Ur-Example of this kind of Stunt is Shirai Kuroko's 'Matter Displacement' Stunt that allows her to teleport an object into another with only the second object taking damage, where without this stunt when someone teleports something into something else both objects are damaged, but the more durable object takes the lesser amount of damage. |
