So Seeker, what's the consequence of letting a little girl think her best friend up and disappeared with no warning, perhaps forever, while her parents are fighting and kicking her out of the house every time they do so?
Honestly, good. If we're lucky, Maiko throwing a fit will reveal some deep seated issues, and give her some much needed character beyond "I'm 6, a girl, and my parents fight."
Please stop acting like Maiko has any less character than Mitsuru who is just cold hearted and doesn't talk to people, Akihiko the dumbass muscle head who doesn't think and is oblivious as hell, Shinjiro who's to consumed by guilt to have any character beyond that, and Morgana, the cat that is ego incarnate and is in denial over being a fucking cat.

She'll find out where we live, go into our room, and pull a Vlad the Impaler with our spear, driving all of SEES to follow suit and commit ritualistic suicide, thus dooming the world to Nyx killing everyone.

Or she won't even notice we moved, because she's never come to the dorms, and we'll surprise her with that information when we next visit her.

She doesn't visit because she doesn't typically need to. She most likely knows where we lived since we know where she does. But considering her parents are fighting? She suddenly has a very good reason to go where we live.

He's not in denial, he's clearly not a cat.
Walks like a cat, looks like a cat, acts like a cat, surprise, it's a freaking cat.

The same can be said of Aigis, regarding being a human. Ultimately, though she's basically a human, she's still a gynoid. Though really, Aigis is much closer to being a human than Morgana being a cat.

Even discounting his actual nature, Morgana doesn't consider himself a cat. He'll do cat-like things because he has a cat-like body, but he ultimately considers himself human and is even attracted to humans.

Edit: He'll get a Human form in P5 Royal, if correct, so...

Filling In the Feline
When you think about it, Morgana's been coming by decently often. It would probably be polite to tell him that you're moving before the fact... and that the people you'll be living with will be able to hear him.

You don't really know how they'd all get along with Morgana. You don't want Kirijo-san to turn him into a block of ice, among other things, and you think the best way to avoid that would be to warn him not to open his mouth.
I mean, that usually works for Junpei-san...
So you head up to the shrine, stopping on the way in to cuddle Koromaru like usual, before going over to talk to the cat.

"I'm going to be moving to a new dorm soon," You tell him. You don't really know how else to start the conversation, and it seems as good a way to begin as any. "It's a high school dorm, but the people there are really nice."

"A high school dorm? Really? Why's that?" And of course he jumps right on the trickiest topic to explain. Also the most important one. That's probably why you've never mentioned it before now, honestly.

"It's because of Nemesis," You say, to buy time. You need to think quickly, so that this all goes well.

"Your Persona? What does that have to do with this?" Okay, no reason to jump around the topic here. Morgana has a Persona of his own, you know he's worked with a team before, this really shouldn't come as any big shock to him.

"The ones that live there are a team of Persona Users." Technically. Shinjiro-san's a bit of an odd case, but that's not particularly relevant to the cat's interests right now. "There's three of them, but one of them doesn't like using his powers. They say they'll let me join them after my birthday, and I think I will."

"Why? Because you're gonna be living with them?"

"No, I- I decided that a while ago, actually... they're the ones that taught me how to use my powers- without them, I would probably have broken a few things experimenting. Well. A few more." He already knows about what happened to the chair, after all. And you never did get your art supply privileges back. As little as it matters, when you weren't all that big on drawing to begin with, let alone good at it. You're fine with things staying that way.

Morgana stands up far more quickly than you'd expected. "Wait... if they taught you about your powers, that means you knew them before we met! Why didn't you introduce me to them then?"

"...Because they don't need to know anything about time travel, and you're not exactly subtle?" And, really, they have their own issues to deal with without the magic talking cat from the future adding to them. You might not have fully understood that at the time, but it's clear enough to you now.

"What do you mean by that!?"

"The first time we met, you boasted about being a Phantom Thief." You honestly don't think it's possible to be much less subtle than that...
Well, there was that one story Narukami-san told us about Hanamura-san, but I don't think that's a regular thing.
"That-" Morgana pauses. "...Is actually a good point. But still! It would have been helpful to know there were others with Personas out there."

"They don't do much, really," You tell him. "They don't have enough people for that. But they seem to know a lot about Shadows and Personas. And they're good people, so I think I'll like it there." And, really, isn't that the most important part of this?

"Good people, huh? In what way?" You're not really sure how to describe it... maybe you should start with one person, and try to fill everything in from there? Though that still doesn't help you figure out just which person that would be...

[ ] Kirijo-san's the smartest of the group, and the closest thing there is to a mediator. Talking about her, you can more easily convince Morgana that SEES expects a certain level of maturity.

[ ] Sanada-san's impulsive, and serious about getting stronger. Talking about him, you can more easily convince Morgana that the members of SEES are fairly powerful. (+Courage)

[ ] Shinjiro-san has issues, but he still tries to help you out. Talking about him, you can more easily convince Morgana that the members of SEES are fundamentally good people. (+Empathy)

[ ] Ikutsuki-san's not someone you see often, but he's still a part of this, and one that you're not so sure about. Morgana should recognize that you have your own misgivings about this.

[ ] Don't focus on any one part, and instead emphasize what they are like as a group. It'll be tricky, but should convince Morgana that you really are serious about joining them. (+Expression)

We are trying to convince him that SEES is good people.

Invisitext.

This is probably our best bet to get Morgana to chill the hell out.

I'm stuck on whether we should add a write-in to warn Morgana that there is a guy we think is suspicious, but we should tell him about Shinji for sure.

This does answer his question the best.

Now, for tidbits, cryptic comments, and things that just happen to be entertaining/useful.

Zen: So, what exactly is your definition of a good enough timeline?

Lavenza: So long as I don't accidentally create an entirely new person who's older than it is, it should be fine.

Kasumi Yoshizawa: Yeah, about that...

Had Joker ended up having the Ren Amamiya name outside of Ken's stories, the quest may have ended up containing a slight Kagepro crossover. Obviously, that did not end up occurring.

All of the money that Makoto collected from Tartarus in the abandoned timeline went to fund Ken's higher education. Because nobody had any other ideas of what to do with it.

What Ken consciously knows of the senpai trio's powers:

  • Mitsuru's Persona is Penthesilea, and has ice powers.
  • Akihiko's Persona is Polydeuces, and can control electricity.
  • Shinjiro doesn't use his Persona, which has little to no magic.
  • Mitsuru has some amount of scanning ability. It is possible to see when she uses this, if she does not have her Persona summoned.
  • Both Mitsuru and Akihiko are capable of healing themselves and others.
  • Penthesilea is of the Empress Arcana.
  • Of the three of them, Akihiko is the one with the most natural control of his powers.
  • Mitsuru is more capable of Channeling magic than Akihiko.

[ ] Ikutsuki-san's not someone you see often, but he's still a part of this, and one that you're not so sure about. Morgana should recognize that you have your own misgivings about this.

Unfortunately, we want to make Morgana trust SEES, starting with Ikutsuki will make him think SEES is a group of Goro Akechi. And we did already make him realize from the future thing is quite confidential.

[X] Shinjiro-san has issues, but he still tries to help you out. Talking about him, you can more easily convince Morgana that the members of SEES are fundamentally good people. (+Empathy)

I got a feeling with us moving quicker means our empathy deadline also moved.

THE BANDWAGON HAS STARTED ROLLING! CHOO CHOO!
Wait, that's a train...

OMAKE IDEA! One set so far in the future, it will probably never happen.
---

This was crazy.

This was absolutely crazy.

Maiko had sworn that the day had started off normal. Go to school, deal with Kamoshida's... looks... hang out with Akira, and so on, and so forth..

The oddness had started when she ran into someone from years ago.

It had been amazing, running into Ken again. Apparently, his books had gotten so much renown around Gekkoukan High that he had chosen to move to Tokyo to avoid the attention. (He was probably just there so Akira wouldn't be alone, knowing him.) She had immediately dragged Ken off to seek out Akira to tell him the good news.

It was right after she found Akira that things went off the rails.

She had gotten a headache, and when it finally faded, the world was... different.

A castle. A castle in place of the school. Akira, as well as Sakamoto and Takamaki, in weird outfits. A weird catlike thing. Ken acting as if this was only slightly out of the ordinary. (Why? What had he been hiding for all this time?)

And then there were the... personas. To be honest, that explained a bit, especially how Ken had gotten so many ideas for his stories. (How much of them had been false? Or was it all true?)

She had been... insistent. Too insistent. So much of what she knew was wrong.

Maybe that was why she followed them in when they told her to stay put.

She was such an idiot.

Because of her, the others were surrounded by those... shadows. She was pinned down, Ken had been swarmed, Akira and his group were struggling, and it was all her fault.

"You have disobeyed King Kamoshida for the last time!" One of the shadows said as it raised its sword above Akira's neck. "Now Die!"

"Wait!" Was that her? Yeah, that was her. "Please, don't! I-I'm the one you want, here? I'm the one leading them!" What was she saying?! By the looks of things, none of the others knew either, so at least she wasn't the only one who had no freaking clue what she was doing. "I'm the one who... who gave them their powers! I'm the one who orchestrated this whole scheme...?"

By the looks of things, absolutely nobody believed her. Great.

The shadow scoffed. "A flimsy story! for your insolence, you shall die alongside these criminals!"

No...

NO!

'It seem that words alone will not sway them...'

Maiko yelped as the voice spoke directly into her head. Pain... it hurt so much.

'What shall you do now, when all hope seems lost? Will you run away, or will you stand your ground?'

"I'll fight..." Maiko whispered, then shouted, "I'll fight! I won't just let these monsters do as they please!"

'Then let us form a contract, so that your sacrifice might not be in vain.'

Maiko nodded. Then the pain flared up even more. Someone was screaming. It might have been her.

Then it was gone. And she knew exactly what to do.

The shadow that was pinning her down had not expected the staff strike - she used the staff to easily pry the thing off of her, then leaped toward the shadow over Akira, knocking the sword out of its hand.

'I am thou, and thou art I. You have found a cause to give yourself to.'

She didn't stop there. Ken needed help. From the shoulders of the shadow she was already on, she flipped near the shadows that were swarming Ken, using her staff as a bat to get some hits in. One of them got a little too close to him for comfort, but she simply pulled out something - a crossbow, she realized - and shot it through the head.

'Though enemies might stand in your path, together, we shall steal away their chance to resist!'

One brave shadow managed to get through to her, but before it could attack, she had already taken off her mask. It stung, but it was so satisfying, seeing the shadow's confused face right before gravity itself warped, killing it.

'Together, we shall write the greatest story ever told!'

Maiko turned to the shadows still in front of her, tore off her mask again, and shouted a single word. A name.

"SCHEHERAZADE!"

---

Scheherazade, the woman who stole time. She is of the Hanged Man Arcana and she specializes in Gry spells (Gravity). She is also skilled in buffs, debuffs, and status ailments. Statwise, she leans toward Endurance and Magic, at the cost of Attack. Resistant to Gry, but I'm not sure what she's weak to. If you don't want an extra element, you can just use the Bufu line instead... even though you're about to get Yusuke... Look, it's a crazy idea to begin with, alright? It's not like this is going to be canon.

Some what cool concept but some issues mar it. First why is Maiko at Shujin? Second this Ken has had years with his persona and I doubt he'd let its strength slip to the point where he has trouble with Kamoshida's palace of all places. Finally why reintroduce the Gravity line? Were already starting to get attack type bloat with Strike/Slash, Pierce/Gun, Fire, Ice, Wind, Lighting, Psi, Nuke, Light, Dark, and Almighty

If a=13 or a>13, a=a-13
In reference to the last time we got some math problems, it looks to me like subtracting death, either by bringing the dead back to life, or them not full on dying maybe, won't change their Arcana back.
First why is Maiko at Shujin?
When her parents divorce, she moves away with her mom, right? Easy enough to end up in Shujin.
Second this Ken has had years with his persona and I doubt he'd let its strength slip to the point where he has trouble with Kamoshida's palace of all places.
Probably not, but then again, Persona's strength is weird. Like, how come Haru's Persona was so much stronger than Morgana's, or Naoto and Yosuke? Personally, I can buy characters from the later entries starting out with stronger Persona's than previous ones.

Pretty much my thought process.

Can't make an excuse for the physical types, but for the spells... look at persona 1.

10.

10 elements.
(That's where Gry comes from, BTW.)
