Walls are defences, a temple will knock us out of the golden age and good point on the econ but the Gm has rated posts claiming that infrastructure policy would focus on roads insightful so I'm pretty sure roads are the focus right now.
Building temples won't knock us out of the GA. We need two temp stats above their perma to begin the GA yes but we only need to keep one above it's perma to maintain it.

Original Arthwyd Legal Code
1) All people of the Arthwyd shall obey the divine teachings of Arthryn and her Daughters and do their best to follow their divine guidance.
2) All those accused of a crime must be taken before the local priesthood alongside their accusers and be judged by the priesthood to determine their guilt.
3) All members of the priesthood must make a promise to Arthryn and her Daughters to act and judge with fair and just intent and not seek unnecessary vengeance or seek to impose cruelty.
4) To ensure truthfulness, all accused and their accusers shall have their words and evidence checked by the magic of the All-Seeress. Any statements or evidence that do not have their evidence checked for truthfulness cannot be used to determine guilt or innocence.
5) All people amongst the Arthwyd shall be treated as people with fair treatment and none shall be treated as lesser. The worst of this offence, treating a person like an animal or property, shall be punished by death or exile while all lesser violations will be up to the judgement of the priesthood.
6) All people of the Arthwyd must look after their community and fellow people via hard work and doing their duty. Failing to do this will result in punishment at the discretion of the local priesthood with punishment lasting no longer than a full cycle of seasons. More severe punishment must be given a specific offence.
7) All people of the Arthwyd must provide any excess goods or food they produce to the community after keeping what is necessary for them to do their jobs or work. Refusal to provide excess food and goods produced will be treated as theft and punished appropriately.
8) The Cadlon shall rule as they deem fit, but their actions shall be both advised and checked by the Assembly. The Assembly shall consist of [all members of the priesthood above a certain rank], [all members of the military above a certain rank], the elders of Greenbay, all members of the royal family and all Sacred Guardian-Generals.
9) The Assembly shall form in Greenbay to make its formal decisions. When the Assembly is formed, all of its members in Greenbay must be extended an invitation and be given suitable amount of time to show up. Any decisions made by the Assembly require the support of at least half of those attending.
10) The Cadion, heir of the Cadlon, will be chosen by a formed Assembly via a majority vote.
11) Any significant decision made by the Cadlon that will greatly impact all of the Arthwyd and their future generations will require the approval of a formed Assembly. Making an agreement with a foreign people or declaring war or starting a grand project will all require the Cadlon to get the approval of a formed Assembly.
12) Any person who breaks an oath or promise must make amends to those that suffered as a result of them breaking their word with what they need to do as amends and any further punishments being determined by the local priesthood.
13) Any person who knowingly and wilfully spreads falsehoods about Arthryn and her Daughters will be turned over to the local priesthood to deal with as they deem fit.
14) Any person who steals from another must not only return what was stolen or something of equivalent worth if they cannot return what was stolen, but they must also provide further amends as determined by the local priesthood.
15) Any person who wilfully and knowingly undermines another shall be forced to make amends to their victim with the amends required being determined by the local priesthood.
16) Any person who forces another to do their bidding shall be forced to make amends to their victim with the amends required being determined by the local priesthood.
17) Any person who physically forces themselves upon another in a sexual manner shall be either exiled, executed or imprisoned until the priesthood deems them fit to return to their community or a new one.
18) Any person who harms an animal of the community shall be forced to make amends to the community up unto a replacement animal can be found along with any additional amends that have been determined by the local priesthood.
19) Any person who kills another without acting in their legal duty or in self-defence shall be either exiled, executed or imprisoned until the priesthood deems them fit to return to their community or a new one.
20) Any person who harms another shall be forced to make amends to their victim equal to the suffering they inflicted with the initial injury and the suffering of the victim until their injury was healed with the amends required being determined by the local priesthood. If the victim is permanently harmed beyond the ability to heal, the one who harmed them shall be forced to continue making amends until they die.
21) If a person is unable or unwilling to make amends to their victim, they must do so to the community of their victim.
22) If a person is unable or unwilling to make amends to the community of their victim, they must make amends to another community.
23) If a person is unable or unwilling to make amends to another community, they will be imprisoned for a time equivalent to the amends that they need to make up and any additional time for their refusal to make amends as determined by the priesthood.
24) If a person refuses to make amends and rejects being imprisoned or exiled, they may request to be judged by Arthryn and her Daughters in the afterlife.
25) Foreigners may keep to their own beliefs and ways with the lands of the Arthwyd so long as their beliefs and ways don't conflict with the laws of the Arthwyd.

This part makes me laugh. Especially so, since apparently the afterlife actually exists, and has people living in it... actually, can people die in the afterlife? Is there an after-afterlife?
