[X] [Religion] Yes. The Council of Arthryn shall answer to the Cadlon of the Arthwyd.
[X] [Mega] Gain at least two Technologies
[X] [Law] Justice and Fairness
[X] [Govern] The Cadlon shall rule with an assembly of important priests, warriors and elders to advise them and check their power.
[X] [GA] Gain random magical knowledge advancement. (-1 Temp Econ, -1 Temp Mystic, -1 Temp Culture)

Looks really parliament-ary. Now, we need to expand and start researching better techs, magical or otherwise. God knows we need it.

we have thankfully been getting new techs pretty often lately. Like horses this turn. Though I wouldn't be against doing more study actions. Or actions that involve innovation rolls in general.

@Oshha does the discover a mine option have the chance to discover metals that we don't already know how to use, such as iron?

I was just looking over the Civ sheet again and I noticed we only have 1 Temp Mystic. Can we not actually unlock the Grand library this turn or am I missing something? I checked the Rule sheet but I couldn't find anything.

It's easy to fill it up. I believe we get one mysticism everytime we complete transportation based infrastructure.

It means we go into the negatives which will end the Golden Age and possibly make us lose some magical knowledge. Shit. Changing vote.

Vote for getting something that has cheap Mystic costs people, the more expensive projects could put us in the negative Mystic stats (ie. tech loss).

[X][Religion] No. The Council of Arthryn shall be independent of the Cadlon of the Arthwyd.
[X] [Mega] Upgrade the Blood of Evalyn.
[X] [Law] Justice and Fairness
[X] [Govern] The Cadlon shall rule with an assembly of important priests, warriors and elders to advise them and check their power.
[X][GA] Unlock the Great Market Place Megaproject. (-2 Temp Diplo, -2 Temp Wealth)

Okay, this doesn't go into the negatives with Mystic.

But it does with Wealth. I'll change things again if it doesn't work.

Are you about that? Here is what it says about the Golden age in in the ruleset:

Golden Age!
Requirements
: Maximum Stability (3 or higher), Two Stats with Temp continuous higher than the Permanent for two consecutive turns,
Benefits: +1 Temp Econ at the start of each turn, special advancements possible,

Ends with: 0 or lower stability OR No stats with the Temp higher than the Permanent,

It only mentions that 0 stablity and no stats higher then permenant and we would still have Diplo above permanent.
The only thing I can find on negative Stats is this about dark ages:

Dark Age!
Requirements
: 2 or more Temp Stats in the negative,
Benefits: -1 Legitimacy per a turn, -1 Stability per a turn, -1 Centralisation per a turn, -1 Prestige per a turn, 1 Hero generated within the country each turn after the first,
Ends with: No Temp Stats are in the negative,

And we would only have the one so it wouldn't trigger.

You know what cut the gordain knot, @Oshha can you clarify whether we would go in negative temp Mystic and what that would entail for us?

Edit my vote to admin tech. We need it.

Changed my mind. Will wait for Oshha clarifications.

Is the Arthrynite religion subordinate to the Arthwyd leadership?
[X] [Religion] No. The Council of Arthryn shall be independent of the Cadlon of the Arthwyd.

Pick one Megaproject Completion Bonus
[X] [Mega] Upgrade a random Value
[X] [Mega] Gain at least two Technologies

What is the primary nature of the Arthwyd Law that drives it?
[X] [Law] Justice and Fairness

How should the Arthwyd be governed by the Cadlon?
[X] [Govern] Provinces shall be ruled over by Sacred Guardian-Generals who rule as Cadlons over their province and answer to Cadlon, who is responsible for the whole of the Arthwyd.
Pick 1 Golden Age Bonus
[X] [GA] Unlock the Great Market Place Megaproject. (-2 Temp Diplo, -2 Temp Wealth)
[X] [GA] Gain a random Hero. (-3 Temp Econ, -1 Temp Diplo, -1 Temp Martial)
[X] [GA] Upgrade Baby Boom to a Population Explosion. (-2 Temp Econ, -2 Temp Martial)
[X] [GA] Gain random military technology advancement. (-1 Temp Econ, -2 Temp Martial,)

How do permanent/temporary stats work? I don't recall them being used in PoC; it was either too long ago or after my time, so I don't know which is which in the stat page and how they work/what they do.

Perma: 3
Temp: (3)

Temp stats are what we spend doing actions and replenish every turn by half the difference of the perma stat and temp stat.

Econ: 10 (0)
Next turn Econ: 10 (5)

Econ: 10 (8)
Next turn Econ: 10 (9)

Positive numbers mean we have an excess/extra amount of that resource. Negative means we're at a deficit and could mean bad stuff like being negative in Econ means people are starving. Zero means we're riding the line and have no excess but also not running short.

No. It is limited to metals you already know how to use.

You know what cut the gordain knot, @Oshha can you clarify whether we would go in negative temp Mystic and what that would entail for us?

It means not having enough priestesses to around and meet all of your ends and potentially the lost of some magical knowledge.

@Oshha, what conditions need to be met to end our GA?

Zero or lower stability or No stats with the Temp higher than the Permanent or narrative events.

Tragedy of Brys, Grawyl and Gwyn- a beautiful story featuring war, loss and unrequited love.

Brys, Grawyl and Gwyn deserve their own story separate from the war. They were literally immortalised as statues.
