Personally, I want to keep reading the scrolls. Especially the genjutsu scroll. Now that we have the sharingan, genjutsu is a major weapon that we would be foolish to overlook.
Though, @LightLan I would change the Yin chakra flow with either Omni-science or Shunshin. Those seem more useful for the moment.

Is it assumed that Rin will be making the rounds of the Uchiha Clan? A lot of people have lost loved ones, it might do them good to have a hero of the disaster make themselves visible, not to mention the new Clan Head.

We might potentially be able to marry him into the clan, but the Uchiha are specifically bloodline defined. If you don't have the potential for Sharingan, you aren't one.

There are a lot of problems with adopting him into the clan, otherwise I suspect he would already be our "brother". Korin was not happy about him being an orphan.
Is there an option to start a trauma support group? There are a lot of people in the Uchiha clan that undoubtedly need one, even if it cuts into one of our training slots.
There are also a lot of people outside the clan that also need a trauma support group.
