I do want to kill danzo and get it over with but he have that deadman switch. Beside, he have info on oro and the full detail of his root assets. Oro or tobi might flew in and claims loads of root shit if danzo is dead and we need to go in half blind in finding his shit. Him being alive also better for putting him as scapegoat for the shit that went down. Some people could push out rumor that sarutobi or uchiha is manipulating things to went this way and kill off danzo to destroy evidence. Normal civilian probably know danzo only as the guy on civ council and could think this is clan nobility hogging power. People can be stupid and believe weird thing after all.

Do we really need to take both options that severely improve mental health? Especially because intervene says "+ S++ Diplomacy skill!"?

Nope. The only thing to manage that would be the healing Origin, in the Origin vote much earlier; and, ironically*, the realization she got, which allowed her to evolve the Super Prodigy (Fake), merging it with 'Super Genius', which gave her a stronger boost to her bloodline traits, among other things.

*Ironically, because it happened too late.

I like how everyone agrees the skill we most need is how not to be an asshole.

I... think we should visit all the Uchihas, but starting with ones not in medically induced comas.

Also, slight error I think, if Fugaku is slated to make a full recovery it should be impossible for us to act as clan head. In addition, even chances Itachi would be next in line for the position.

I'm not sure we've actually decided yet. It should be something that synergises well with our unique advantages. From our traits, the main contenders look like they're sealing, genjutsu and ninjutsu, in that order.

A lot of people think Sealing is overdone in crappy Mary Sue stories, but I tend to disagree on the basis that you shouldn't be reading crappy stories anyway - it's not especially overdone in stories of a decent quality. It's also a sufficiently broad specialisation that you can take it in interesting new directions fairly easily.

Wait, this is a Clan Head secret, and most genjutsu are dispelled by a simple Kai... were the Clan Heads using this to pretend they were much faster than they really were, when they'd really just slowed their opponents down? That would be hilarious.

Remind me to give you guys the option to pick your training - I've neglected such a thing for too long. It will probably be a write-in, plan only vote, too, because there is just so much to train.

@Patch: after that clusterfuck, nobody wants Fugaku as head. Itachi is still distrusted. Besides, while he IS going to recover, he hasn't yet, and Utatane Koharu is pushing for the negotiations to happen NOW.

There's a good chance Itachi either knew that his father was grooming Rin for the position, or could guess. And Itachi doesn't want the position.
