[X] Go for a walk.
- [X] A long walk.
- [X] A long walk.
You guys realize a long walk may make us miss the person coming today about the piano?
[] Ask her if she doesn't want to grovel and ask for forgiveness for calling you crazy.
Wendi seems intimidated enough to go for it. And repressing her anger and taking a long walk has numerous problems too. This could work, but we must remember about earlier times in the quest where Flandre decided to interpret her "orders" the wrong way. Making her ask Wendi for forgiveness might quickly turn into "Make her ask for forgiveness, and if she refuses, make her" in less than 30 seconds.
Calling Flandre or any of her friends crazy is one of her triggers. Wendi better apologize with this vote, or some things may go unsavory in the future in the relations department.
Thats why I went for arm breakage. Least disruption to schedule. You guys realize a long walk may make us miss the person coming today about the piano?
Right, because it sure won't disrupt the party planned for Fate.Thats why I went for arm breakage. Least disruption to schedule.
We here at Long Arch like to call it 'Wendi's Room.' >.>Maybe there's a nice out-of-the-way room full of stuff that won't be missed.
... Stupid homicidal vampire priests that expect their targets to be affected by little things like morality and concern for people they've never met?Hey, Hey, Hey. We must remember what walks mean for red-dressed vampires.
That's counting Sidestories and Apocrypha, right? On another, uh... Lighter note (?), in a couple more chapters we are going to react 1,000,000 words. Wow. This is something.
I'll just state from the record that this entire arc has been kind of miserable and futile. We're winning no friends, we're actively agitating these girls by existing, and 'doing our own thing' while ignoring their feelings makes us a huge bitch. I've had little desire to vote because none of the votes we've been locked into seem to accomplish anything; merely 'adjust the relative size of our launched traumabombs' on little cyborg girls.
I mean, it's a punishment arc, sure, but this just feels needless. I appreciate the little subtle choices that determine how much we're casually freaking out our hosts, but . . . it's all feeling completely pointless.
I just feel like it's going slow, like it could use a timeskip or two or something. Kind of it being a whole lot of "not much" going on.I mean, it's a punishment arc, sure, but this just feels needless. So ... I can empathize with this, but neither you nor @Megaolix voted to leave the kitchen after Kitchen Checkup - an update that included several blatant hints that Wendi was not exactly comfortable with Flan's presence - which would have completely avoided the breakdown. In your specific phrasing: the traumabomb would not have been launched. As far as 'winning friends' goes ... Nove is a hard case - even in canon, several months after the JS incident she is still completely avoiding Subaru despite talking with Ginga and some of the other visitors. Much like Vita, she takes actual work to befriend, not that I expect attempts to be made to befriend her specifically, anyway.I'll just state from the record that this entire arc has been kind of miserable and futile. Hey wait, why am I pointed out as well? I mean, sure, I was busy during that time and did not vote, but I don't recall having a serious issue with the update. So ... I may be reading too much into it, but you seemed like you were complaining about it:Hey wait, why am I pointed out as well? I mean, sure, I was busy during that time and did not vote, but I don't recall having a serious issue with the update.
*Sigh* Seems like whoever decided for us to stay here had a bad idea. That's even worse than with Nove.
Ah, wait. There was thing thing about the fallout, but I was more talking about the story consequences rather than annoyance at the update itself.
But anyway, yeah. With that kind of bitter end, it will probably take a third party to intervene to get past that issue.
Well, I recalled that and explained above.
