[X]Labor: Fulk needs the labor to repair his fort, so you'll give it to him. But if you stay, you might not survive the winter. (Supplies next turn will be near critical, but costs for actions next turn will be decreased by 75%)

I would work them to death as much as possible, to reduce the food/supplies issue. Plus its in character.

[X]Ransom Them: Maybe the Khan is willing to negotiate now, since you are in a position of strength, holding his troops hostage. (Begins Peace Conference Miniturn)

Well, we have mongals, which are prisoners, this is also Russia. So why not make they work to improve the fort they were just trying to take.

starving ourselves to keep these fuckers fed isn't worth the risk, either sell em or kill em.

As a note to the executioners out there: we want to open mines in the Urals. That is a death sentence, it's just one that keeps our diplomatic options open for a couple of years and gets us some development.

But remember, they might stage a revolt. And that may lower our already low numbers in the resulting crackdown.

We really just want to kill them, the Khan has nothing we want but if he refuses it gives us an excuse.

Changing my vote to execute. The QM just confirmed my biggest fear is a possibility, and I just don't want to take that risk.

Ransom, of course, has just as much risk of revolt as labour. Or more, they'll be in better shape and our fortification in worse shape should they try anything.

I do think we can handle them though - we have the numbers, we have a fort, we have no problem impaling anyone who kicks off, they are pretty shell shocked, they don't have a nearby army to rally on if they do escape...
