We're not actually going to have a lot of conversation about Cyberpunk against opening of The Laurent's new quest.

Its rough act to follow.

So far as Cyberpunk going to begin with genre's best of 2014.
Covers everything from terrible anarchism versus terrible corporatism, intentionally wrecking your soul with cybernetics, and of course Dragons!

I loved Dragonfall and Glory is best girl. I also had a lot of fun with Hong Kong, especially those conversations with Rachter and Gaichu on their respective forms of transhumanism.

Happy to see another Dragonfall fan.
Excellent stuff but probably not so compatible with the World of Darkness? :(
Ought consider making WoD more Cyberpunk! :p

What's bigger transhumanist disruption: Teleinformatics or Thaumatechnology being available to general public?

Probably teleinformatics. Thaumatech seems to be more combat focused which society can adjust for but the information gathering capabilities represented by teleinformatics would be pretty significant.

Only certain percentage of population has psychic enough potential to actually be unlocked.
Merely having ability enough to identify people with potential is game changing?
Also worth mentioning not everyone is unscathed by the process.
If you're a parent with chance of 80% to unlock Speed of Thought in your kid with a 5% chance of inducing derangement. . .
. . . would you consider subjecting your child to enhancing Teleinformatics drugs?

Having actually looked up what that is? At that ratio, absolutely. In fact, I'd say I'd go for any ratio where the chance of unlocking the power is at least twice the chance of inducing a derangement without hesitating, and I'd have to think if it got lower.

I would take 90% chance of unlocking Omnicompetence versus 30% chance of derangement because goodness that is winning at life :p

Ideally you'd have Teleinformatics *both* Thaumatechnology around for maximum Transhumanism.
If you limit availability of certain implants neither is necessarily breaking any other masquerade :p
Cheiron Group certainly isn't going around telling public where any of those implants actually come form.

Well, lets look at them;
• Agonizer (••••)
• Anger Patch (•)
• Banality Worm (•••••)
• Berserker Splice (•••)
• Biliary Tree of Cynocephali (•••)
• Cortical Adaptation (•••)
• Cranial Cortex Augumentation (••••)
• Devil's Eye (•••)
• Ectocrine Gland (••)
• Evil Eye (<Confuse, Sleep, Terrify, Fury or Hypnotize>) (••• to •••••)
• Hand of Glory (•••••)
• Lover's Lips (••)
• Optic Thorn (•••)
• Personal Defense Swarm (•••)

• Quick-Step (•••)
• Regenerative Nodule (••••)

So that's;
a magic-eating bug
a Vampire-detector skin-graft
an anti-magic bug, possibly from the Abyss, grafted onto your heart...o_O
a berserker brain-implant
an anti-poison/disease implant that replaces your digestive tract, need to buy expensive antacids
brain-implant that makes you think like a Slasher Villain, made from tumors...
oneiromancy brain-implant
can-see-Auras eye-transplant
a can-see-ghosts transfusion
Gaze Attack eye-transplant
rotted and wax-covered corpse's hand, grants hypnosis
Vitae-roofy stored in your mouth, seems like a bad idea
piece of bone stuck in your eye, lets you see openings into other dimensions
swarm of mechabugs
a dead Geist, gives Sin-Eater-Lite powers
speed-booster, made from connective tissues
regeneration, made from a "cyst"
reaction speed booster, spinal implant
vamp-voice, screws with animals and things with boosted hearing
Vitriol-injector rig, gives you flashbacks of another person's memories

Hunter: The Vigil and more specifically Cheiron Group's lovely Thaumatechnology endowment.
Building up hunters with parts off monsters! (and sometimes other hunters too)
Also they are the only group in Hunter with zero qualms about hiring on "Hunters" that are actually no-shit monsters, while everyone else at least pretends that they only have human members.
They can be compared to a massively toned-down Chronos Corporation.

If you insist in using such languaje, the PR division will have to take a talk with you.

They take very seriously the demands of respect of our biologically different employees.

Remember, non-human doesn't mean non-person!

Where are these from?
I also forgot mentioning Teleinformatics being VASCU's endowment from Slashers.

So what is difference between "employee" vampire hired for "acquisitions" . . .
. . . and 'monster' vampire you have in your basement for harvesting eyes on each regeneration?
