On the subject of this world's timeline I am going to intentionally stay as ignorant as possible just so I can have the most believable sense of "What is going on? Where am I?" as possible. Although if I do get in most of my initial actions will be ease dropping on people and trying to get some IC context for where I am.
Callie Cuttlefish (AKA Best Squid, AKA Better Than Marie)
Universe: Splatoon
Gender: Female
Backstory: Granddaughter of the warhero of the Great Turf War, Captain Cuttlefish, Callie lived a quiet and normal childhood in the city of Calamari County throughout her earliest days in life. This would change when she moved to the city of Inkopolis and won a local singing contest with her cousin, Marie Cuttlefish, where she gained an interest in singing. Though it wouldn't be until later in her life, she and Marie would form the famous pop idol duo known as the Squid Sisters and become local celebrities for their music and being the hosts for Inkopolis's sole news channel, Inkopolis News.
Later on Inkopolis's sole source of electric power, the Zapfishs, would begin to disappear and the Squid Sisters would be contacted by their grandfather who claims that the Octarians, the losers of the Great Turf War, have been stealing the Zapfish in order to power massive war machines known as the Octoweapons and spark another Great Turf War. Callie and Marie would become Agents 1 and 2 of the New Squidbeak Splatoon, a organization founded for the sole purpose of stopping the Octarians from powering the Octoweapons and claiming vengeance. The plans of the Octarians would fail when Captain Cuttlefish enlist a new agent into the NSS, simply known as Agent 3. With the help of the old captain and Agents 1 and 2 (after the captain was kidnapped), Agent 3 would retrieve the stolen Zapfish and defeat and imprison the Octarian leader, DJ Octavio.
With the Octarian threat no longer an issue, the Squid Sisters would host a monthly event in Inkopolis known as the Splatfest, a competition where participants would face each other in Turf Wars over if one thing is superior than the other. The first Splatfest would be about whether cats or dogs were better than the other. The popularity of these Splatfests would catapult the Squid Sisters from local celebrities to international super stars, taking them all across the world for performances, music videos, talk shows, everything. This also led to the Squid Sisters drifting apart as their schedules began to conflict and less and less time could be spent together, this and the mere pressure of this newfound popularity and attention began to take its toll on Callie.
After visiting Marie for the first time in a while, Callie would be kidnapped by the newly freed DJ Octavio and then be brainwashed to serve the Octarian king and help him complete his plans on creating new Octoweapons and redeeming the great defeat the Octarians faced after the Great Turf War. Upon finding out her cousin went missing, Marie quickly concluded that the Octarians were the cause of Callie's disappearance and quickly began to work on stopping Octavio and rescuing her cousin from his clutches. Due to Captain Cuttlefish and Agent 3 away on a fishing trip during this, Marie enlisted the help of a newcomer to Inkopolis who would become Agent 4 of the New Squidbeak Splatoon. With the help of Agent 4, Marie would successfully free Callie from Octavio's grasp and imprison the Octarian leader once more.
Abilities:
You're a squid now!- Callie can turn into a squid at any time of the day. When in Squid form, she can swim in ink or similar liquids at great speed, making getting to and fro much easier.
Release the Kraken!- Once per a day, Callie can turn into a Kraken, a giant squid, for around 10 minutes. In this form Callie is invincible against any attacks directed towards her and, unlike her regular squid form, can attack enemies using her sharp exterior as a weapon.
Bombs Away!- Callie can chuck an total of 20 bombs for 3 minutes. There are three bombs she can choose from:
Splat Bombs- Your basic explosives. Upon throwing, Splat Bombs will detonate around 3 seconds after it is thrown. These bombs are the jack of all trades and is adaptable for any situation.
Suction Bombs- Very similar to Splat Bombs except for the fact that Suction Bombs will stick to any surface they land on, be it stone, wood, dirt, or metal. Very useful for driving out enemies in fortified positions and hiding places.
Burst Bombs- Unlike the Splat and Suction Bombs, Burst Bombs will detonate instantly when the touch someone or something. Burst Bombs are good in close quarters for its explosive radius is smaller than the other two bombs and can eliminate an enemy quickly at point-blank range.
Tactical Inkstrikes Inbound!- Callie can summon two rocket launchers and fire rockets known as "Tenta-Missiles" that lock on to any enemies in her vision. Each launcher fires 2 missiles per an enemy (total of 4) which then seeks out the enemy until its detention. Though sizeable in numbers, Tenta-Missiles can be rather slow and are able to be dodged rather easily unless the once targeted is unable to move very much. The launchers can only target four enemies at a time.
Splashdown- Callie once a day can use her ink to create a explosive effect that eliminates nearby enemies instantly. How she does this is by gathering some of her ink into her hand, jumping a few feet into the air, and then striking the ground, causing the Ink to disperse around her in a whirlwind-like formation.
This is my Boomstick!- Callie can summon a Inkjet for around 30 seconds. An Inkjet is an jet pack like machine that uses ink to power itself and allows its user to hover a few feat into the air. Attached to it is a weapon that fires large blobs of Ink that can harm enemies, with direct hits being able to kill most individuals. After a brief period, the Inkjet will overheat and eject its user before self-destructing.
A squid's best friend- Callie can create a temporary shield known as "Ink Armor" for both her and her allies. Upon activation, Callie and any allies she has will be surrounded and enveloped by a dark pink mist which then turns into pink ink upon coming into contact with their skin, covering them with a think layer of ink. This Ink Armor can take a significant amount of damage before giving out and can protect its wearer from most attacks. After around 5 minutes, the Ink Armor will evaporate back into mist and disappear.
The Invisible Eye: Callie can activate an Echolocator for 3 minutes. An Echolocator reveals the locations of hostile beings in the radius, which is quite large (Around the size of a football field). The Echolocator is extremely useful in areas in hard-seeing places and against large groups of hostiles.
Traits:
Charmer- Callie is one charismatic squid, makes sense since she is a pop star that every Inkling knows. With this she can convince people to think the way she thinks and can get them to do favors for her.
Singer: As one of the most well known and loved music artist in her world, it's quite obvious that Callie is an excellent singer. Her gift for singing was given to her at birth, same goes for Marie. In her early years, she and Marie won Inkopolis' first Youth Folk-Singing Contest which would kickstart her career as a singer.
Humorous: Callie at some times can be seen to be quite humorous, much like her cousin. She seems to be quite fond of puns and uses them from time to time, much to the annoyance of Marie. Callie also considers herself a Boke, or funny/silly person.
Personality: Callie is a very energetic and excitable person, very different to her mellow cousin, Marie. Callie has also shown to be a caring person and always seems optimistic, very often looking out for her friends and giving them encouragement when they need it. Callie is always open to trying new things that gets her eye. For what she likes, Callie has been shown enjoy: Cats, Rock Music, Rice, Lemon Tea, Marshmallows, Rollercoasters, The North Pole, and Peanut Butter.
Actually that is pretty much the standard was of solving incidents in Gensokyo, although Reimu's brand is to just follow her intuition which is usually right.
'at certain times', 'for a certain amount of time'.
This kind of description is useless to me. This could mean anything from 'any time but one specific time' to 'once a millennium, when the stars align' and 'for half a second' to 'until the stars die'.
Also, I have no reason to believe ink is particularly lethal to anyone who isn't a Squid or Octoling. What properties does it have, how does it do damage?

Well to place it simply, it's unknown. The game doesn't go into much detail when it comes to the Inkling biology and the Ink itself other than that it is lethal to Inklings who are of a different color and has healing properties to those who are of the same color as the Ink. In past RPs that I have played in, it is usually agreed that the Ink has acidic properties that is able to melt flesh and bone when it comes into contact with non-aquatic beings. You being the GM in this game, you decide if this is true or not.

Origin: Hellsing (Manga/Ultimate)
Personality and Life Philosophy: Seras Victoria is a woman who is defined by her strong will, bordering on stubbornness. Her history is one filled with tragedy and darkness, and yet she insists on being a good person, even after becoming a monster in flesh. Her determination to remain a moral person is backed up by her own desire to live, a determination strong enough to survive being shot through the heart and impress an ancient vampire enough for him to turn her. Despite this, Seras can be a rather immature person at times. Though she can identify times where she needs to be serious, she can be somewhat childish at other times.
Notably, she can have something of a temper. As a child, her reaction to bullies was a violent one, and after becoming a vampire, her hate for certain parties became strong enough that she expressed the fact that she'd rather die then drink their blood.
Backstory: Seras Victoria was once an ordinary police woman, until a vampire appeared in her town and killed everyone except her. She was saved, so to say, when another vampire appeared, ignored the fact that she was held hostage, shot through Seras to kill the first vampire, and then allowed her to live once she proved her desire to.
After that, she joined the second vampire, Alucard, in the Hellsing organisation, and was part of it during it's battle with Millennium. The organisation of Nazi remnants attacked London, and during the attack, Seras was caught in an assault on the Hellsing manor, ending with the mercenary Pip dying to try and save her when the attacker tried to break her will with illusions. Following this, Seras drank Pip's blood, taking his soul into herself, and fought off the Millennium assault on Hellsing. After this, she participated in the larger battle at London, and even if it was Alucard who killed most of the attackers, Seras survived, killed their leader, and walked away with Integra Hellsing, leader of the organisation.
Abilities:
Combat Training: Due to her past as a police officer, Seras is at least partially skilled in some form of martial arts. Though she isn't an expert, she is able to pin someone of equal strength down and be able to hold them indefinitely barring outside interference
Reflexes: Seras was capable of dodging bullets even before she drank blood and became a true vampire, and her speed and agility have only increased since then.
Regeneration: Seras is capable of regenerating her limbs in a manner of seconds, and is capable of enduring enough pain that her arm exploding due to the force of it's collision with another fist doesn't give her any pause.
Shadow Arm: A limb made of shadowy matter that Seras developed when she drank Pip's blood. She is capable of molding it into any shape she wishes, and is capable of using it as a whip, forging the tendrils around to attack, and can form it into a stabbing tool. It also serves as a mass of matter that her Familiar Pip can exit out of.
Third Eye: An ability developed by vampires. Using it, Seras is capable of sensing things outside of her line of sight, and is able to snipe a vampire from six hundred metres with pinpoint accuracy, as well as see through illusions once she is aware they are illusions, dispelling them in the process.
Mental Resistance: Any attempts to read Seras' mind are muddle by the fact that her familiar Pip is within her, forcing a mind reader to look through two sets of memories at once.
Familiars: Seras had drunk the blood of the Mercenary Pip, and is capable of viewing his memories or manifesting her soul. Theoretically, she is capable of drinking more blood to take more familiars, and be able to look through their memories or manifest their souls as controlled minions. However, she refuses to drink the blood of anyone she would consider evil, as she does not want them inside of her.
Resistance to Vampire Weaknesses: Due to the identity of the vampire that turned her, Seras has something of a resistance towards anti-vampire effects after she drinks blood for the first time. Sunlight doesn't bother her, and even holy weapons meant to slay vampires have a reduced effect on her compared to other vampires, without even hampering her regeneration, even if they are still more effective then the equivalent non-holy weapon.

Backstory: A Reploid found in stasis in an abandoned lab, Grey's first memories are of being attacked by a bizarre armored girl who reffered to herself as 'Pandora' and to him as a 'Defective'. Thanks to obtaining one of the guns carried by nearby dead Hunters, however, Grey was able to temporarily drive her off and escape.
What followed was a harrowing escape from the laboratory, cut off at a nearby bridge when Grey was attacked by a giant robot. The resulting fight broke the bridge, dropping Grey into a river to be swept away.
However, one Hunter Billy found and rescued him, taking him back to the Hunter's Camp. There, once he recovers, Grey is made a Hunter, and tasked with delivering a sensitive package by train to the rulers of his world, the Sage Trinity. However, during transit, the train came under attack by Pandora and her brother, Prometheus, and in the struggle Grey discovered what the package was - the Biometal Model A, that he could hear.
What followed was a hectic race all over the world in an attempt to find the fragments of the evil Model W before the other Mega Men did, and to try and stop Master Albert, a member of the Sage Trinity who turned against his fellows. At the end, when the Model Ws were brought together and formed Ouroboros, Grey discovered his origins: He was designed to be an alternate body for Master Albert, a failsafe plan in case anything disrupted his own plans. After confrontng Albert and his true A-Trans ability, Grey cast him down, destroying Ouroboros before collapsing unconscious...
And ending up somewhere on this island.
Personality and Life Philosophy: Grey's main philosophy is 'do unto others what has been done to me'. Being rescued by people who didn't know him, Grey is inspired by this act of kindness to do the same for others, even if they are enemies. To him, one shouldn't need a reason to help innocent people. However, due to his background, Grey has absolutely no social skills, coming off as blunt and rude to... well, basically everyone.
Abilities:
-Reploid Physiology: As one of the race of synthetic lifeforms known as Reploids, Grey is far stronger than any baseline human(capable of lifting things up to half a ton casually), as well as being durable to tank modern small arms fire with just small injuries even when not transformed. It also allows would allow him to interface with certain network ports back home, but that is irrelevant here and now.
-Mega Man: Do to containing Master Albert's DNA, Grey is a Mega Man, capable of Megamerging with Biometals and using their power. Right now, the Biometal he is compatible with is Model A.
Equipment:
-Plasma Pistol: A small, pistol-like weapon that fires plasma pellets. While not strong by his home world's standards, this gun is still capable of destroying combat Reploids with a few shots, meaning it's a terrifyingly effective weapon by any 20th century nation's standards, capable of piercing tank armor and suchlike.
-Biometal Model A/Biometal Model Albert:
Megamerged Form:
One of the legendary Biometals from Grey's home world, one could describe Model A as being a 'purer' version compared to the more famous variants. A fragment of Model W wiped clean of all malice, Model A was part of Albert's backup plan with Grey. As such, it bears weaker versions of Model W's powers.
Like all Mega Men with their Biometals, Grey can instantaneously 'Megamerge' with the device, transforming his civilian chasis from the ground up into a combat Reploid model. The form is far superior to his normal state in every way, with it's strength increasing over four times his normal, his speed doubling and his durability going massively up, being able to resist over 99% of all damage done to him. Furthermore, he is also equipped with twin energy cannons, capable of charging up shots for far stronger blasts, as well as unleashing up to eight Homing Shots after he targets and locks onto enemies. All these attacks are far stronger than Grey's normal pistol, with a charged shot and homing shot capable of instantly gibbing beings with far better armor than any modern tank, but the Homing Shots use up Model A's internal battery when fired; however, unlike other Biometals, Model A can continually recharge energy while Megamerged. Also, like all Biometals, Model A is capable of initiating short boosts in speed even when at a full run, known as a 'dash' maneuver, as well as climbing up walls with a rapid kicking maneuver.
However, Model A bears a far greater power than above; a reflection of the power capable of controlling all life, A-Trans. The ability lets Model A absorb the DNA of defeated enemies, allowing the user to instantaneously transform into them and use their powers and abilities for themselves. At the moment, Model A has access to 13 forms, though this is nowhere near Model A's limit.
Note: Added a small staline for comparison purposes. Strength is physical lifting and punching power, Speed and Durability are what you'd expect, and Power is how good the forms are at bringing the pain. Model A would have 5 Strength, 5 Speed, 5 Durability and 6 Power.
Please don't ask me to clarify more, we don't exactly have a lot of real-life comparison feats and I'd prefer leaving some things vauge enough for GM flexibility.
This form has a myriad of high-agility techniques that can destroy objects above and below him. Biometal output is used to superheat the blades on his arms and head. When copied using A-Trans, he can shoot a trio of flaming arrows, use the blades on his wrists as slicing boomerangs, shoot straight up while destroying anything there, plummet down in a manner similar to the previous technique, and hurt anything touching the blades on his head while dashing. As this form constantly moves at speeds rivaling the dash's speed from base, it is Grey's fastest form.
Strength: 6
Speed: 8
Durability: 5
Power: 6
A Pseudoroid designed like a Horseshoe crab. In this A-Trans form, the player can move freely through water (similar to Model L), and fire icicles. His hide(the uppermost shell on his body) is completely invulnerable to all forms of offense. In addition, he possesses an electronic-disrupting technique called 'Time Bomb' that gives the sensation of slowing down time. Chronoforce is rendered immobile if not in water, but can still use Time Bomb combined with his hide makes his ability just as ideal on the ground. Grey mainly uses this form beneath the waves.
Strength: 1
Speed: 0 on the ground, 5 in the water
Durability: 10
Power: 2
A Pseudoroid designed to look like a flower. In bulb form, Grey can only swipe outwards with the Rose Tendrals, but it can attach to poles to unfurl into the long-ranged flower form, capable of launching electrified spreads of needles and electrifying nearby surfaces with it's tendrals. For... various reasons, Grey doesn't like using this form.
A pair of genetically the same Pseudoroids. As a copied form, these two work in a slightly different manner than they did when Grey met them. Grey turns into Argoyle, who can throw Rock Bombs and dash for as long as there is room. Grey can also summon Ugoyle as a ghost to travel in front of Argoyle and kick enemies or Rock Bombs that Argoyle has thrown. This Ugoyle is not affected by terrain or obstacles, allowing it to find hidden secrets.
Strength: 4
Speed: 6
Durability: 6
Power: 6
A wasp-based Pseudoroid, who originally carried around a massive hive modual. As an A-Trans form, this form lacks the aformentioned hive. Violet flames on her back take the shape of wings, which seem to behave as a jetpack of sorts, allowing it to fly with seemingly no limits beyond energy consumption. Queenbee has no legs, although wheels on her abdomen allow her to move on ground. Her stinger is actually a cannon that can fire needle and fire shots. As long as the joint specifications match, Queenbee can also attach her abdomen to a container and carry it with her. She can even carry objects larger than her own size, making it a useful utility form.
Strength: 2
Speed: 5
Durability: 4
Power: 2
A yellow, hedgehog-based Pseudaroid with electricity powers. She is found in high-power generator coils, as she was originally designed to serve as an emergency power supply at key installations. She is equipped with a powerful electric-generating coil and her hands and feet have the shape of sockets. By reducing her size, she can squeeze into small places. As an A-Trans, this form can fire slow electrical balls, either one at a time from it's hands or all at once as a omnidirectional barrage. Furthermore, the form can roll up to go through small cramped spaces, cutting through obstacles in the process.
Strength: 3
Speed: 7
Durability: 4
Power: 5
A vulture-based Pseudoroid that somehow always has a guitar on it's person. In this form, the ability to stick to walls and weights to move them is available. Also, while true flight is unavailable, Grey can hover indefinitely until Biometal Energy runs out. May cause the user to reference metal and rock bands in this form.
Strength: 5
Speed: 5
Durability: 4
Power: 5
A massive Pseudariod based off of a crocodile. While slow, this form boasts massive jaw strength, as well as the ability to fire buzz-saws along the floor. They can also launch his teeth as projectiles by holding down the attack button before a chomp, and use the open jaw as a nigh-impenetrable shield. Grey can also attack foes by simply leaping on top of them, or simply turning away to thrash an unfortunate foe with his tail. Many small-to-medium size victims will be instantly destroyed by a tail-thrash attack, and thrown back into other enemies who will most likely also be destroyed. Despite all his attack capabilities, however, his biggest threat as an enemy becomes his greatest weakness as a transformation. His sheer size and slow movements make him a huge and easy target, almost completely negating any usefulness he may have ever had.
Strength: 8
Speed: 3
Durability: 5
Power: 9
The Mega Man with the power of Harputia. In this form, Grey wields twin energy swords and has limited flight ability, being able to dash in midair and slow his fall with the back-mounted wings. When in this form, Model A can analyze the target's capabilities whenever Grey strikes them, giving them both an in-depth view of their stamina and health. Furthermore, the form can control lightning and the wind to some degree, allowing the creation of electrified tornadoes that can be launched as projectiles as well as sword beams.
Strength: 5
Speed: 7
Durability: 4
Power: 6
The Mega Man with the power of Fighting Fefnir. This form wields two immensely powerful Knuckle Buster cannons, whose projectile trajectories can be manipulated by the Biometal to avoid enemy defenses. Furthermore, the form bears immense physical strength, capable of punching past re-enforced walls - not to mention its ability to create waves of flame whenever it strikes the ground. When not in use, the Knuckle Busters are stored on a slot on the back of the form's jacket.
Strength: 7
Speed: 5
Durability: 6
Power: 7
The Mega Man wielding the power of Fairy Leviathan. This Model has ice elemental attacks, and its weapon is a dual-bladed halberd. Attacks and abilities specific to this Model include Hyouruu, a charged blast of icy power in the shape of a dragon, the ability to freely swim underwater with no limits and breath underwater, as well as a scanner that detects useful items(as defined by Model A).
Strength: 5
Speed: 5 Out of water, 7 in water
Durability: 5
Power: 6
The Mega Man wielding the power of Phantom. In this form, not only is Grey's stealth abilities increased, but they also gain the ability to rapidfire a seemingly endless number of kunai. Grey can also charge up energy to fire an oversized shurikan that returns after a few moments, hitting enemies multiple times in the process. The form can hang on ceilings and platforms, and can see in the dark, as well as having a Radar Scope that detects nearby enemies, letting Grey line up attacks from stealth.
Strength: 5
Speed: 6
Durability: 4
Power: 6
The ultimate Mega Man, wielding the powers of both X and Zero. An immensely powerful form, wielding an energy saber that can turn into a powerful Buster. Either form of the weapon can charge up energy, increasing the power of it's attacks. In this state, one may be said to achieve a point where numbers are meaningless against them.
Strength: 7
Speed: 6
Durability: 6
Power: 8
Model A is also sapient, and has a slightly cowardly and whiny personality. It prefers to avoid combat, unlike it's current user.
Like Sin said, Reimu's intuition makes it an entirely plausible option. What, did you expect actual deduction and investigation? Fuck that, beat up enough people and they'll point you in the right direction!

Backstory:
None other then the famous King Arthur Pendragon, he is the "Once and Future King" of Britain whose legend is known around the world and is renowned for holding the title of "King of Knights". Born during a time of choas and strife after the Roman withdrawal from Britania Arthur was conceived via an illegitimate affair between the then King Uther Pendragon and Lady Igraine, wife of the Duke of Cornwall, to fulfill the prophecy of a king who would unite Britain under his rule and protect his kingdom from the Anglo-Saxon invaders. However, Arthur's status as a bastard prevented him from becoming Uther's appointed successor, and was instead raised under the care of Merlin and Sir Ector until he was old enough to take up the role of kingship. Fifteen years later he would draw Caliburn from the selection stone and set in motion the legend of his rule until his death at the Battle of Camlann by Sir Mordred, his own bastard child who had raised a rebellion to take the throne.
Originally summoned into the Holy Grail War with the wish of creating an everlasting kingdom where people would no longer suffer, he later abandoned this wish in order to put his faith in a future that would realize his dream instead of being chained to his past. Now Arthur works tirelessly to see this future become a reality.
Personality and Life Philosophy:
Years of kingship have left Arthur with the values of a mature man who possesses a strong sense of morality and justice, and acts as a beacon of hope and determination that many people feel instinctively drawn to. He is a naturally affable individual who is pleasant to good people and carefully confirms whether someone is evil, but places his wholehearted trust into people who he considers his allies with deception and betrayal being unthinkable towards them. In other words a man that embodies the ideals of chivalry. He also possesses a mischievous side that shows itself from time to time.
Abilities:
-Magic Resistance A:
A skill that grants protection against magical effects by canceling spells all together; at this rank Arthur gains protection of A-rank or below, and is effectively untouchable to modern magi. This protection is derived from possessing the Element of the Red Dragon, which grants immense magical power, however this grants a vulnerability against people and objects associated with dragon slaying and provides only limited protection against magics of the same kind.
-Riding B:
Most vehicles and animals can be handled with above average skill, even vehicles that did not exist in the time period one was alive in, for they are no exception. This does not extend to most magical creatures.
-Mana Burst A:
The ability to increase performance caused by infusing one's weapons and body with Magical Energy and instantly expelling it. Simply put, recreating the effect of a jet burst by expending large amounts of Magical Energy. At Rank A, even a stick can become a weapon of great power, though normal weapons will be destroyed in one blow. King Arthur uses this Skill mainly for defense and high-speed movement. Executing large-scale body reinforcement through Mana Burst is only possible with King Arthur's immense magical power. While he himself possesses average physical strength, he has managed to defeat countless enemies by strengthening all of his actions with his excessive magical energy.
-Instinct A:
Allows the user to instantly identify "the best personal course of action" during combat. At Rank A, it is essentially in the realm of predicting the future. Through this ability, it is possible to negate the penalties inflicted by visual and auditory interference to a certain extent.
-Giant Beast Hunting A:
This is a Skill that denotes having abundant combat experience against giant enemy lifeforms gained from having fought against and managed to completely defeat all the magical beasts that attempted to trample Britain during his rule.
-Charisma B:
A composite Skill consisting of a person's charm as well as the natural talent to command or unify an army or country, it also increases the ability of allies during group battles. Having B Rank in this Skill is sufficient to lead a nation as its King/Queen. The morale of military forces he or she commands is extremely high.
-Invisible Air: Bounded Field of the Wind King:
Closer to a form of magecraft then a Noble Phantasm, Invisible Air is a sheath of multiple layers of wind compressed at super-high pressure with a massive amount of magical energy, which distorts the refraction of light and renders what is inside completely invisible. When enveloping Excalibur the field's rapid rotating wind increases the sword's damage and cutting ability, but also has numerous applications such as creating a barrier in the area around him or as a quick defensive wall of wind. After being released the barrier defuses into the surrounding air with enough force to knock over normal people, and can be recalled by compressing the surrounding air to reform the barrier. This release can also be used to propel him at supersonic speeds in a short burst, or can instead be directed into a concentrated wall of high-pressure air strong enough to fling a stone slab of several tons into the air.
Equipment:
Excalibur is a powerful holy sword crafted by the Fey as a weapon meant to defeat any enemy seeking to destroy the planet, and its golden blade repels all forms of evil. Its power however is locked behind two seals, Invisible Air and the Restraints of the Round Table, which suppress its power as a Divine Construct until a minimum of seven of the thirteen conditions forming the seals of the Restraints of the Round Table are met, with each subsequent unlocked seal increasing the sword's power. When used the sword's power takes the form of a massive beam of golden light that annihilates everything in its path. The known seals composing the Seals of the Round Table are as follows...
1) Bedivere: The enemy must be more powerful than oneself
2) Palamedes: The battle must be one-on-one
3) Lancelot: The enemy must not be an elemental
4) Mordred: The battle must be one against evil
5) Galahad: The battle must not involve personal gain
6) Gaheris: The battle must not be inhumane
7) Agravain: The battle must be for truth
8) Kay: The battle must be to live
9) Gareth: The battle must be an honorable one
10) Gawain: One's comrades-in-arms must be champions
11) Tristan: The battle must be for the sake of one's loved ones
12) Percival: The battle must be to help another
13) Arthur Pendragon: The battle must save the world
Backstory: Every since he was a child, Benjamin has had rather unusually luck, though it didn't hold when the aliens invaded in 2015. A teenager at the time, Benjamin and his family fled into the wilderness and eventually met up with other groups. They survived in the wilderness and formed an early resistance group, where Benjamin honed his skills.
After twenty years under alien rule, XCOM began operating again, joining as soon as he was able to take back Earth. At the point he was recruited, XCOM had recently set up their psionic training facilities, and Benjamin was the first to volunteer for testing. After a few days, he began rigorous training as a psi operative, specializing in reality bending psionics rather than mental psionics. .
As an operative for XCOM, Benjamin leveraged his potent psionic abilities to fight the aliens. One notable operation Benjamin participated in was Operation Magic Flame, where he was able to miraculously dodge several close range plasma shots after having his cover destroyed by a grenade, earning him his nickname.
Personality and Life Philosophy: Stemming from his ridiculous luck, Benjamin is generally laid back and casual, preferring to joke and cheer. However, he is determined to take back earth from the aliens after seeing some of the things that they have done during his early life and time in XCOM. While hw wouldn't shy away from battle, he would rather talk first. (Unless it's an alien).

Defensive:
Stasis: A prison made with psionic energy that stuns whatever is trapped within, while also protecting them from outside attack
Sustain: An emergency stasis shield that activates after Benjamin takes severe damage.
Fortress: Benjamin passively coats himself in psionic energy, protecting himself from environmental effects, such as severe cold of clouds of poison gas

Warden Armor
Powered armor made from exotic alien allows, Warden armor gives minor boosts the strength and speed of the wearer while providing high levels of protection. It is capable of taking direct hits from close range plasma weapons.
-Reploid Physiology: As one of the race of synthetic lifeforms known as Reploids, Grey is far stronger than any baseline human, as well as being rather durable even when not transformed. It also allows would allow him to interface with certain network ports back home, but that is irrelevant here and now.
Explain this in more detail. What qualifies as his 'hide'? The entire outside of his body?
In general, I don't know how strong any of these forms are really supposed to be. The first is the fastest, the crocodile has a really strong bite, and that's about it as far as I can discern. The fact that the descriptions seem half your own words, and half copy-pasted from a wiki ('the player') isn't helping me understand the specifics of what they're capable of.

I was considering putting in Avalon too, but LOL,NOSELL was definitely too strong. As it is most of his ability are really power hungry, and the only ways he has to replenish his mana reserves is either to gorge himself on food while keeping energy expenditure to a minimum for long periods of time or form a contract with someone who has a large mana supply to support him.
