You'd probably still have a gap in the metal where the wires would have to run through that connect to the eye. But yeah if we ever do end up fighting I'll have to find the weak points in your armor.
Basically, Mega Man tech is hilariously bullshit - especially the armor. An outdated-by-ZX's-standards Mega Man X in his weakest state can take rockets to the face and keep smiling.
Here? Yeah, I'd describe it like Karna's ability - yeah, weapons and attacks are damaging him, but nowhere near as well as anyone would hope or expect.
Backstory: Aisa-chan was a fairly normal human being born with the innate psychic ability of Deep Blood. An otherwise normal and slightly bland girl, her village was struck by tragedy when she was about 5 or 6 years old. A vampire, who feared her power turned everyone in her Kyoto mountain village into a vampire over the course of a single night. They all succumbed to the urge to drink her blood, and all of them, even the vampire who turned everyone in the first place despite knowing specifically that drinking would destroy him. Horrified by this incident, she traveled to Academy City a center of learning, only to find that not even they understood her ability.
Some time later an evil alchemist kidnapped her and tried to use Deep Blood for one of his evil magic experiments but the main character from a gal game saved and she never became a heroine, the end.
Personality and Life Philosophy:
Aisa is blunt and bland with a slight inferiority complex about her blandness. She seeks ways to be unique and stand out more. In terms of demeanor she is rather quiet and soft-spoken and does not emote much. She thinks a lot about the well being of others, and is afraid to let them down. She also eats a lot and never gains weight.
Abilities: Deep Blood - This power does two things. One, it attracts vampires and induces them to drink it. It's like catnip to them. Or maybe crack cocaine. They just can't help themselves. They just have to take a sip of that gloriously delicious blood.
The second thing it does is kill any vampire who drinks Aisa's blood and turn them instantly into fine ash.
Equipment:
A magical stick that shoots lightning into whoever it touches! Incidentally this model of magical stick has been banned in Japan since 1993 for excessive force.
See, here's the thing. While a certain level of equivalency is expected in these kinds of games, and the way Esper powers work in Index implies her power would work on anything that's a 'Vampire' as she understands it, I am really not inclined on dropping you into a city with a bunch of Vampires if they're that compelled to feed on you.
Also, Strike the Blood Vampires have some differences from Index Vampires, like not being completely unkillable. And having their blood-lust be literal lust (remember, shitty harem series).
Also, outside of 'Kills Vampires' and 'a taser', you're kind of a weak human girl.
So basically I'm really iffy on whether this is even a valid submission, and unlikely to accept it even if I decide it is.
Note: I'm just listing every Gashat used by Emu. I don't expect to keep Hyper Muteki or Maximum Mighty X.
Name: Emu Hojo
Appearance:
Origin: Kamen Rider Ex-Aid
Backstory: Once just a young boy who loved videogames, Emu's life was irrevocably changed when he was infected with the disease known as the 'Bugster Virus' at the tender age of 8 by one Kuroto Dan. Soon after, the disease nearly overwhelmed him when he was crossing a street, leading him to end up in the hospital. Thanks the the help of a surgeon and a gift of a WonderSwan, Emu would find himself inspired to become a doctor.
However, that took backseat to a quickly growing obsession with gaming in general. Taking the pseudonym of 'M', Emu participated in many gaming tournaments, winning them all. However, this came at the cost of his health, which Kuroto noted(having kept tabs on him). Sometime in 2010, Emu was kidnapped and operated on, the matured Bugster Virus in his body being extracted into the entity known as Parado.
With the virus mostly out of his system, Emu abandoned hardcore gaming, instead focusing on his studies to become a doctor. He succeeded, and at the age of 24 became a pediatrics intern at Seito University Hospital... where he was once more dragged into the Bugster situation, becoming Kamen Rider Es-Aid in the process.
What followed was a long struggle, as Emu and the people of CR fought to stop Kuroto Dan and his plans of creating the ultimate neverending game, known as Kamen Rider Chronicle. And though the game was released(and hijacked by Kuroto's father), they eventually succeeded, defeating KRC's final boss and the game's owner. Now, Emu is happy to just focus on becoming a fully-fledged doctor in his own right.
Personality and Life Philosophy: Emu is a slightly clumsy yet serious minded doctor. Specifically, he has a somewhat idealistic idea of what 'being a doctor' means; he invests himself in the well-being of his patient, hoping to help them both physically and personally. He will always try to help a patient in need, even if they are a criminal, an enemy, or refuse to get help. For him, a life is a life and it's worth saving, fitting the morality of a true doctor and their devotion to the Hippocratic Oath.
However, Emu has a somewhat darker side - when pushed too far, he becomes vicious, casually tormenting enemies as he beats them down. While he refuses to bring harm to a patient, anything harming the patient is fair game for him to destroy.
Abilities:
-Gaming Proficiency: Emu is a very, very good gamer - not only in actual practice, but in concept creation as well. This leads to a highly analytical mind, capable of finding loopholes and weaknesses in opponents skills and powers. Furthermore, this skill is what makes him so effective as Ex-Aid, his gaming skills directly translating to power in the video game designed forms.
-Interpersonal Skills: Emu is surprisingly good at not only healing his patient's physical problems, but discovering the source of their mental problems as well. He would make a surprisingly good psychologist, all things considered, and is also very good at keeping a team filled with clashing personalities together and on task.
-Original Bugster Virus: The Bugster Virus is a type of computer virus that became a biological virus after Y2K. This virus, once it infects a human being, replicates until it takes over the host's body - causing them to completely disappear. The growth of the virus within the patient is triggered by stress, leading to a weakening of the patient's immune system. Being Patient Zero of the Virus, Emu was host to the virus for a prolonged period of time. This allowed the virus to fuse with and alter his DNA granting him Rider and possibly even Bugster-like powers and abilities that, by standard, requires external intervention to acquire.
--Game Disease Immunity: Emu can utilize the Gamer Driver and Rider Gashats without the need of the compatibility surgery. Also, his immunity is absolute, unlike the other Riders' acquired immunity which can still be overwhelmed by a large dose of Bugster virus.
--Gashat Creation: As Patient Zero of the Bugster Virus, the progenitor of all the Rider Gashats and Bugsters, he can use the Bugster Virus in him in conjunction with certain blank Gashats to create new, stronger forms for himself. This causes the Bugster Virus in him to evolve and become even stronger, which made Emu as Ex-Aid become stronger in return. Using this ability also lets him modify pre-existing Gashat's data, granting them altered stats and forms.
--Dual Personalities: Due to the Bugster Virus in Emu's DNA, he has two different personalities, which can be separated when using Mighty Brothers XX. ight now, the other personality - Parado - is confined to his body, only able to exit when Emu has entered Mighty Brothers XX.
--Enhanced Strength: When overly stressed, Emu can temporarily achieve a higher level of strength in his untransformed state.
Equipment:
-Gamer Driver:
A device designed to use the Bugster Virus to transform into a Kamen Rider. Requires a mix of Bugster DNA and human DNA to work. When placed at the waist, the Driver deploys a strap to hold itself onto the user. Is needed to achieve any of Emu's transformations.
-Gashats:
The Mighty Action X Gashat. An example of that your average Gashat looks like.
A blank Double Gashat.
A type of video game cartridge, that uses the Bugster Virus as the code for the game. WHen used with a Gamer Driver, they allow Emu to become Kamen Rider Ex-Aid. Have a tendency to play loud jingles when activated.
Mighty Action X
Gekitotsu Robots
Shakariki Sports
Draco Knight Hunter Z
Mighty Brothers XX
Maximum Mighty X
Hyper Muteki
A hammer-sword comboe weapon used by Mighty Action X. By pressing the A button on the side, one may switch from Hammer Mode to Blade Mode. Press the B button to add the force of two attacks to a single strike. The hammer can emit shockwaves whenever it strikes a solid surface capable of disorienting enemies. By inserting a Gashat into the finishing slot and pulling the trigger, a stronger Finishing Move can be accessed.
A Rifle-Sword-Axe comboe weapon summoned by Mighty Brothers XX and higher. The buttons on the side can be used to switch modes, as well as power up attacks. The blue button is used for Blade Mode, the orange button is used to project an energy axe hilt near the handle of the weapon, and the yellow button is used to switch the weapon into laser rifle mode. The Gashat Slot near the hilt can accept up to two normal Gashats at once, or a single Double Gashat.
All forms(except Hyper Muteki) are equipped with a Rider Gauge on the chest, that shows the suit's HP. If the Gauge is reduced to 0, the Rider dies thanks to the Bugster Virus completely consuming their body.
Action Gamer Level 1
Height: 181.0 cm.
Weight: 137.0 kg.
Ability Perimeters:
Punching power: 7.7 t.
Kicking power: 11.5 t.
Maximum jump height: 30.5 m.
Maximum running speed: 100 m. per 7.6 sec.
Emu's starting form. Basically a hazard suit in design, this form is surprisingly agile for it's level of bulk. It's rather slow, however, and somewhat unwieldy against a human-sized opponent. Has the power to generate large floating chocolate blocks in mid-air, that can be used as platforms. Finishing move is an energy-coated kick.
Action Gamer Level 2
Height: 205.0 cm.
Weight: 97.0 kg.
Ability Perimeters:
Punching power: 5.7 t.
Kicking power: 10.2 t.
Maximum jump height: 43.1 m.
Maximum running speed: 100 m. per 3.2 sec.
Ex-Aid's main combat form, achieved via pulling the lever on the front of the Gamer Driver. While weaker than Level 1, it's slender form and higher speed allow for more precise combat. Lacks any real powers, however. Finishing move is a barrage of high-speed kicks.
Robot Action Gamer Level 3
Height: 205.0 cm.
Weight: 118.2 kg.
Ability Perimeters:
Punching power: 57.0 t (when using the Gekitotsu Smasher).
Kicking power: 14.3 t.
Maximum jump height: 39.3 m.
Maximum running speed: 100 m. per 4.0 sec.
An upgraded version of Emu's main form, using both Mighty Action X and Gekitotsu Robots. While not a very agile form, the Gekitotsu Smasher gauntlet on it's left arm massively increases it's punching power - and can even be fired as a rocket punch. The form is also slightly more durable than Level 2. Finishing move is the aformentioned rocket punch, followed by Emu running up to the target and slamming his hand back into the Gekitotsu Smasher.
Sports Action Gamer Level 3
Height: 205.0 cm.
Weight: 104.4 kg.
Ability Perimeters:
Punching power: 10.3 t.
Kicking power: 18.4 t.
Maximum jump height: 45.3 m.
Maximum running speed: 100 m. per 3.0 sec.
An alternate form to the above, using the Skakariki Sports Gashat instead. While it's punching is notably weaker than the other Level 3 from, it's kicking, speed, and jump height are all superior. Can throw the wheels of the bike as an attack, and can remove the bike entirely to ride it. It;s finisher removes both wheels, turning them into glowing Buzzsaws.
Hunter Action Gamer Level 5
Height: 206.5 cm.
Weight: 157.0 kg.
Ability Perimeters:
Punching power: 18.2 t.
Kicking power: 24.4 t.
Maximum jump height: 48.7 m.
Maximum running speed: 100 m. per 2.8 sec.
The strongest of Emu's upgraded primary forms, accessed by using the Drago Knight Hunter Z Gashat with Mighty Action X. A highly tanky form capable of resisting attacks that would defeat previous forms in a single hit. Is equipped with a railgun on the left arm that fires compressed pieces of metal at high speed, wings on the back to allow it to fly, an electromagnetic blade on his right arm, as well as the Dragon Fang Helmet - equipped with fire breath, bite attacks, and the Search Drago Eye to analyze Emu's surroundings. It's finisher is a barrage of flame, cutting sword beams, and railgun shots.
Double Action Gamer Level X
Height: 183.0 cm.
Weight: 139.0 kg.
Ability Perimeters:
Punching power: 22.2 t
Kicking power: 28.7 t.
Maximum jump height: 54.0 m.
Maximum running speed: 100 m. per 2.2 sec.
Emu's first, super deformed upgraded form, achieved by inserting the Mighty Brothers XX Gashat and pulling the lever. It's main advantage is that it triples Emu's health pool, as well as bearing far superior stats to any other form up to this point. It's finisher is a single kick.
Double Action Gamer Level XX
R
L
Height: 206.0 cm.
Weight: 98.8 kg.
Ability Perimeters:
Punching power: 32.3 t
Kicking power: 40.6 t.
Maximum jump height: 66.0 m.
Maximum running speed: 100 m. per 2.0 sec.
Emu's upgraded fighter form, accessed from Double Action Gamer Level X by closing and reopening the lever. In this form, Ex-Aid splits into two separate bodies and wields mainly the Gashacon Key Slasher and the Gashacon Breaker. Despite the title, both Ex-Aids' are Level X Riders, thus the "XX" rank is due to their combined Level, since they are in fact the same person.
The azure Ex-Aid XX L acts like Emu as he is relatively calm and prioritizes the patient's safety first. His other half, the orange Ex-Aid XX R acts like his alter ego; he is cocky and prioritizes defeating the enemy to ensure victory.
As opposed to becoming slightly weaker like going from Level 1 to Level 2, leveling up into this form offers a massive power boost, as all of Ex-Aid's stats are increased. Furthermore, both personalities can perform some incredible joint attacks when fully synchronized. It's finisher is a barrage of perfectly synchronized kicks.
Maximum Gamer Level 99
Height: 256.0 cm.
Weight: 256.0 kg.
Ability Perimeters:
Punching power: 99.0 t
Kicking power: 99.0 t.
Maximum jump height: 99.0 m.
Maximum running speed: 100 m. per 0.99 sec.
An immensely strong form, achieved by using the Maximum Mighty X Gashat. Is basically a small mech suit that Emu pilots. The form hasimmense physical stats, thick and durable armor designed to resist thermal attacks, wields the Gashacon Keyslasher, can reprogram Bugster Virus to edit their powersets, can fly and shoot lasers from it's eyes, can stretch it's limbs for longer range, and can eject Emu to become an autonomous drone. When ejected, Emu retains most of Leve 99's physical stats, but sacrifices defense to get a boost to agility due to not being in a bulky mechsuit. It's finisher is either a single heavy kick, or a powerful punch.
Muteki Gamer
Height: 217.0 cm.
Weight: 119.0 kg.
Ability Perimeters:
Punching power: 128.0 t
Kicking power: 128.0 t.
Maximum jump height: 128.0 m.
Maximum running speed: 100 m. per 0.128 sec.
An invincible form, designed to defeat the time-stopping Chronus. Accessed by docking the Muteki Gashat to Maximum Mighty X's gashat. Wields the Gashacon Keyslasher.
In this state, Emu far surpasses any Kamen Rider in pure physical power, and can run at speeds over twice the speed of sound. Furthermore, the transformation is completely invincible - not only do attacks just not work against him, but anything that could be considered a 'negative status effect' as well, up to and including time stopping. It also can teleport short distances. It's finisher is a barrage of kicks, with Ex-Aid warping around to disorient the target.
Why yes, Ex-Aid is rather powerful why do you ask?
I don't like this for a combination of factors including: I'm not willing to put in the effort of evaluating every single form, all the fiddly bits, the idea you could edit or make new powers with no defined limits, and the fact you seem to think you can get away with a form that's literally invincible is beyond me.
Then there's things explained very poorly on the sheet, like his HP gauge which represents being taken over by the Virus, but he's completely immune to the Virus, and so on.
Basically, I'm not even willing to entertain the thought of accepting this sheet.
Bluh, I'd say somewhere around peak human maybe? Don't have the specific strain of superpowers that makes you gofast or be all animalperson strong. Just blood superpowers, and the weirdness that is a self-aware virus that's taken the form of a person.

I am curious as to how the character interaction in this RP going to be. Astolfo is definitely going to test Klaus's patience. Actually, pretty much everything in this setting is going to test Klaus's patience. Chain is, of course, going to help her boss and take care some of his workload, because she is a good employee like that, unlike that Zapp guy. Speaking of Zapp, if he's not here, she probably will be stuck on Leo duty. That lazy bastard.

So to get myself in the mood for when the RP starts I decided to listen to Sukuna's theme a couple times....it is surprisingly epic for someone so small
Which means we all know it's going to start playing at a suitably epic moment.
Hm, well I'm already playing Arcueid in two other games, and Nui in one, so applying as either of them isn't really looking that attractive a proposition right now. Satsuki would be interesting but I'd rather not restrict my activity to the night and in-doors. Same issue with playing Kars or any of the other Pillar Men, and ULF Kars is just silly.
So...I guess I'll try Akua again.
Name: Akua Shuzen
Appearance:
Origin: Rosario + Vampire
Backstory:
Born in rural China, Akua lost her mother at an early age. Fortunately, she found companionship and something almost like sisterhood with a fellow vampire named Jasmine. During an incident in which she accidentally broke a boy's arm, Akua attempted to flee with Jasmine only for her fellow vampire to refuse, believing that the humans would accept it as a mistake and them if she only stayed to apologize. This was in no small part influenced by Jasmine's affection for that same boy, which may have also influenced Akua's own actions in regards to her.
Unfortunately, Jasmine paid the ultimate price for her trust in love and humanity.
Having already been fairly disdainful of humanity, upon seeing her sister in all but blood murdered by those she so trusted, Akua was enraged and swore that she would someday destroy all of humanity in revenge. In the meantime though, she honed her skills working as an assassin for the criminal Miao Family, earning her nickname of the 'Jet Black Devil'. At some point she encountered her maternal ancestor, Alucard, and was recruited into Fairy Tale.
Eventually Akua left the service of the Miao to live with her (adoptive?) father and half-sisters in Japan. While initially she'd only accepted the offer for residence to give her an opportunity to kill her father's Shinso wife and steal her power, Akua was caught up in the joy of once agains having family and in particular for her affection for her half/adoptive sister Moka. But the longer she waited the more attached to Moka, and to a lesser extent the rest of her family, she became. It was only when Akasha sent Moka to live among the humans that Akua finally had a chance to attack Akasha without Moka around. During their battle though, Moka returned only to enter a state of shock on seeing her beloved elder sister assault her mother. In this shock, Moka's own shinso blood awakened and in doing so awakened Alucard's monstrous original body, requiring both the sealing of Moka's power and personality and Akasha's own internment within Alucard to keep the monster's form in a state of slumber.
Akua, pained and conflicted at needing to be saved by the woman she'd tried to kill, is entrusted with the protection of Moka by Akasha in her last moments. A woman of her word, Akua would spent the next decade ensuring that neither external threats nor members of her own organization would target her beloved little sister.
Personality and Life Philosophy: To most, Akua Shuzen is a cold and somewhat distant figure, as is befitting of a premier assassin. Possessing a tendency to indulge in sarcasm when the situation allows, Akua does not immediately jump to the use of lethal force when she runs into living obstacles, but she will not hesitate to kill those who stand in her way should diplomacy fail, and will not devote any particularly meaningful amount of effort towards said diplomacy. While Akua is in general fairly dismissive of most, she does respect strength and those who possess it. Akua has two primary goals in life: protecting the one most dear to her heart, and gaining the power to exterminate humanity so as to avenge the death of her earliest and arguably dearest of friends, and later so as to create a world safe for her love.
Akua possesses a deep love for and obsession with her half-sister Moka Akashiya, and while she does have a sense of familial affection for her other half-sisters, her heart belongs only to Moka. This does not preclude Akua from harming those close to Moka, for in Akua's mind the only person Moka can truly rely on and the only one who can understand her is Akua herself. In the end though, Akua was willing to give up her dreams of revenge to save Moka, and even accepted that her dear sister would never return her feelings.
Akua is also fond of dogs.
Abilities: Immense Yoki: Akua possesses reserves of Yoki, the energy used by all Youkai of her home reality, that easily rank amongst the greatest in her world. As a result of this she has extreme stamina and endurance, is capable of repeated and prolonged use of Yojutsu and her vampiric powers without tiring, and can easily bring weaker beings to their knees simply be releasing the full strength of her aura.
Enhanced Strength: As a vampire of the Rosario+Vampire reality, Akua is capable of converting her Yoki directly into physical strength. Though she prefers to rely on the Dimensional Sword, the raw strength of her Yoki means she is still capable of delivering blows that will pulverize most opponents or lift, throw, and catch multi-ton objects should she feel the need. Even when not using this power she still possesses a measure of supernatural strength, albeit not to anywhere near as extreme a degree.
Enhanced Durability: As a vampire, Akua's body is significantly more durable and resistant to damage than that of human, as well as recovering at an enhanced rate. Though relatively weak in this area considering her power, that is only in comparison to the durability she would be expected to possess- Akua is still capable of surviving direct impacts that can shatter stone with no worse injury than simply being stunned, and regenerating from any injury she does suffer within days at the most as long as it is not instantly fatal.
Extreme Speed: Akua is capable of moving faster than the speed of sound at speeds greatly exceeding (mundane) human capability.
Yojutsu Master: Yojutsu is the art of manipulating one's Yoki to produce effects and abilities that a given species of Youkai would be unable to perform. Distinct from magic, this is nevertheless an extremely potent and versatile field, and one that Akua possesses a great talent in.
Magical Circles: Akua can create magical circles that can manifest a variety of effects - breaking seals and allowing those inside to influence the Yoki of those inside being two examples. More complex and powerful effects tend to require a proportionally longer amount of time to prepare.
Moon Crushing Dimensional Sword: Known as 'the ultimate sword', this immensely powerful Yojutsu art works via the repeated phasing of parts of Akua's body out of and then back into reality, displacing whatever is present in the space they then occupy. This process, repeated 100 times every second, effectively turns her hands into blades that will cut through anything physical or magical and shatter any seals or barriers they encounter; only dimensional effects can hope to block this ability. Akua's skill and mastery of this art is such that she can extend the effect of the Dimensional Sword beyond her body to generate ranged attacks that maintain all the usual properties of the Dimensional Sword. She is also capable of shifting her entire body into the other dimension as a defensive maneuver, an act that renders her essentially invulnerable- though incapable of attacking - so long as she maintains it. The creator of the Dimensional Sword was only capable of performing this act once every forty seconds, however Akua's mastery is great enough that she has overcome this weakness.
Profusion of One Hundred Blades: A more powerful variant of the Jigen-Tou Akua commonly uses. By using this technique Akua is capable of projecting one hundred Jigen-Tou blades at a target in a single instant.
Yoki Detection: Like all Vampires, Akua is capable of sensing Yoki in the world and in beings around her, informing her of their power and locations, and effectively telegraphing any attacks or movements they are about to make. Against those who lack Yoki but still possess a source of supernatural power this ability functions in a lessened manner - effectively, only allowing her to detect their presence, rough strength, and approximate location at a short distance.
Blood Transfusion: Akua can transfuse her blood and power into the body of another through a bite. This weakens her in direct proportion to the amount of blood and Yoki she injects, and will kill her if taken too far, but temporarily bestows those bitten with the full powers of a vampire without the weaknesses... assuming the transfusion doesn't simply kill them outright. Repeated transfusions over time will slowly corrupt the recipient into a mindless monster known as a ghoul.
Kung-Fu Master: Akua is an extremely accomplished and talented Martial Artist and master of Kung-Fu, to the point that she surpasses even those with centuries of experience more than her. She is capable of easily overwhelming lone opponents and fighting groups on the strength of her skill alone.
Blood Drinker: Like all vampires from her reality, Akua must drink blood on a daily basis or suffer increasingly severe (and eventually fatal) anemia symptoms. The amount of blood she requires is fortunately small, however, and if necessary she is capable of surviving on tomato juice.
Water Weakness: Vampires of the Rosario+Vampire world are incredibly vulnerable to water. Though the simple expedient of scattering herbs in water 'dilutes' it enough to make it safe, any contact with unprepared water shocks, burns, and harms Akua, as well as weakening her Yoki and disrupting her ability to control it. Prolonged exposure to untreated water can be fatal.
Silver Weakness: Silver is dangerous to Rosario+Vampire vampires, albeit not nearly so much as water is. Contact with it is not immediately harmful, but it will weaken and disrupt Akua's Yoki, and injuries from silver weapons will be harder to recover from. Blessed silver has a further magnified effect, though still not to the level of water.
Seal Weakness: Like all vampires of her world, Akua is vulnerable to sealing techniques compared to normal Youkai of her power; though not any more directly harmful than they normally would be, they are significantly more difficult for her to resist and have an increased effect.
Equipment:
Rations: Everyone needs food. Of course, being a vampire, Akua's choice in cuisine is a bit more...bloody than most.
Profusion of One Hundred Blades: A more powerful variant of the Jigen-Tou Akua commonly uses. By using this technique Akua is capable of projecting one hundred Jigen-Tou blades at a target in a single instant.
