Straighter. Arrows are designed to bend after firing. I doubt any amount of yuri temptation will convince Akane to convert.

"Yeah, yeah." She says. "...I just wanted a cute girlfriend." She says. "I-I mean, you are a cute girlfriend and...uh..."

"I know what you meant, koko." You say. "...I'm not really cute. You're the cute one."

"Bullshit." She says. "You're cuter."

"No, you're the cute girlfriend!"

"No, you are!"

"Ahem." Just as she says it, you both pause to look at Akane. "...Are you done?" She has a smug grin on her face.

"Uh...maybe?" Kyouko muttered sheepishly. "...Love you, Saya."

"Same, Kyou."

You let go of Kyouko's hand and move over to Tomo. "Uh...anyone home?"

She keeps staring at Akane.

"Earth to Tomo."

She tilts her head.

"TOMO!"

Suddenly, Tomo jumps a little. "U-Sayaka!" She says. "I didn't-"

"I was standing right here." You say. "...So I know what you were gonna say. 'I didn't see you there' or something." You grin. "You were distraaaaaaacted."

She blushes. "I'm fine, Sayaka. Just fine."

"Okay." You shrug. "Suit yourself, then."

-[x]The others. How are they? How did things go?

"Anyway, what happened today?" You ask.

Just as you do, Akane smiles. "They went hunting. I went with Yoko, and Tomo and Sukuyo went together. We came back with a couple of extra seeds!" Just as she says that, Sukuyo and Yoko hold up their own grief seeds.

"Good job!" You say.

"They're starting to get a hang of it." She says. "...I'm kind of proud of them. They aren't experts, sure, but still!" She smiles.

Normally I would say that Akane can handle something like that on her own, but given that she hasn't yet (despite Tomo's actions/obviousness) then yeah, stepping in is probably a thing that needs to happen.
