You both dispell your armor, and in a burst of blue smoke you can see your injuries. Kyouko's a bit scratched, with a few cuts that are digging into her arms. You're not too badly hurt, with the exception of a few wounds that cut down to your bone.

You wince a little, before you quickly heal your arms over. "...You alright?" You move over to start healing her.

"Yeah, I am." She says. "...Fuck, I did terribly."

"Hey." You smile."You still managed to do a number on the witch."

"Doesn't explain my poor performance." She says. "...If...if you weren't there, I'd probably be dead or..." She gulps. "...yeah."

You open your mouth to say something, before you bite your lip. You just quietly pull her into a hug. "Well, I was." You say, quietly. "So there's that." You kiss her forehead. "...I'm here."

She looks at the ground, before she just puts her head over your shoulder. "...I know." She says. "And I'm glad that you are."

[x] Go home.

You go home with Kyouko latched onto your arm.

"...I need to be more careful." You mutter.

"Just a little?" She says. "You lose limbs way too often." She says. "It...I mean...yeah." She frowns. "...I know you can heal but..."

"It doesn't help." You say. "I knew I could heal you but that didn't help when you were..." You shake your head, before your grip on her tightens. "...it...it hurt to look at because I...that's how you feel whenever I get injured, right?"

"Empty?" She says. "...Like I couldn't protect you and that you don't care enough to protect yourself?" Kyouko asks.

"I..." You pause. "...The first two. N-not the third."

"I don't think about myself as often anymore." She says. "...Just of you."

[OPTION SELECT]​

[] "...We have problems."

[] Just walk home.
 
Sure glad she didn't pull a Armogohma during her death throes.

[jk] Maybe if we swapped Soul Gems so that you ran my body during combat and I ran yours, I'd be less inclined to disregard injuries?

She laughs a little. "I'm an orphan, you don't care if your body is destroyed, we're liches that'll inevitably turn into monsters and we..." She pauses. "...I don't want to lose you...and we'd probably witch out if one of us was gone." She holds you tighter. "Yeah, we do."

"The world's least healthy lesbian couple?" You ask, before you let out a light chuckle.

"...I don't know about that." She says. "But...we're not a healthy one."

You nod slowly. "...I still love you."

"I do, too." She says. "...I do, too."

You both reach your apartment, and just as you do, you hear a group walking by. It's Akane and the newbies, and they're currently talking among themselves. Sukuyo seems to be actively engaged with Akane, Yoko is talking between them awkwardly, and Tomo just seems to be staring at Akane for a long spell.

Sayaka, what are you thinking? Madoka and Homura are far less healthy - half of the above are true, plus either one of them would end the world if the other one was gone.

Technically, only one of them would end the world on purpose.

Hey, now, that's not fair to Sayaka and Kyouko. Their lack of world-ending is due to lack of magical power, not intent- they'd both be enthusiastic about cursing the world as Witches if that happened. :p
 
Man, is Tomo still crushing on Anake? That's something we really, really should deal with, the sooner the better. The longer the crush lasts, the harder Tomo will take it when she gets let down because Akane's straight as an arrow.
