'Kyouko!' You shout.
'I'm fine!' She says back. Just as she does, you suddenly see her emerging from the swarm with a burst of spiders all around her. 'Just get this fucking bitch!'
Just as she's said that, she's covered head-to-toe by more spiders. She can't even get an attack out as she's swarmed. She manages to keep them off enough to stay okay, but she's still swarmed.

You let out a scream as you boost out of the swarm and into the air. You do a spin above the swarm, before you plunge your blade into the spider's eye. It bellows loudly, as multiple spiders swarm your left arm. They cut into it, with their limbs actually digging through your armor. You clench your teeth, as you flick your blade out. The witch itself screeches in agonizing pain as blood, actual blood spills out of the eye. It blindly moves around, with its empty, bursted abdomen swinging haphazardly.
It's on its last legs...and then you see the ribbon in the center of the spider's head beginning to spin.

'What?!' She shouts back, before she sees it whirring. 'Oh, fuck!' She starts to move, only to be dogpiled by spiders. She's covered by a truck-sized mass of spiders, as you let out a piercing scream.
"KYOUKO!"

You charge through the mass that's on top of her, and as you do, she flicks her spear upwards. "Thanks!" She says back, before she follows your lead.
You both charge through the mass of spiders, as the witch stumbles and screeches. You hear another loud thud, but neither of you really want to look back right now.
[x] Run away.
You both rush out, as spiders of all shapes and sizes throw themselves against your shield. Some of them begin leaking venom, and as they splash against your shield you can feel some of it melting away. You charge out of the barrier, and tumble across the ground. Your foot slams against the concrete as you slide to a stop, while Kyouko's own feet skid across the surface.
The barrier behind you turns a sickly shade of green, followed by a glistening black and a flash of white.
Suddenly, it's gone, and a single Grief Seed drops to the ground. You both let out a sigh of relief, before Kyouko holds your hand as tightly as she can. "...There." She says, quietly. "...Done."
You let out a relaxed sigh, as you slump against Kyouko. "...I wanna go home." You mutter.
"Yeah, me too." She says back.
