It's back to the basics for Nemo in her time of need

I feel we missed an opportunity to make Nemo into a propper gangster.
We popped a pig and used his cap to make new bling.
That's got to give some respect on the hood.
I mean, she's pretty much a full-blown gangsta by now:
-Complete disregard of law and authority.
-Drug usage (see how much coffee and tea Nemo distributed and used herself)
-Taking care of people in the hood (see Esmeralda and Jackleton).
-Fighting other groups (more as a snitch, but also directly).
-Nemo would be so good at using gangsta signs.
Secret Service is already here. It's not secret, but it does serve justice.

So I made this a vote on interacting with two characters because I suspected that if I made it a single character it would just be an Esmeralda landslide (and it seems I was right).
That said, if I want to do justice to both characters featured in the next update, it will probably end up mammoth-sized. So, uh, prepare for that I guess.
