Your first two points don't matter for the example; The point was people were saying that Cero was a way to punch up and that was what we needed more then raising the base because we would only be fighting Captains. My point was that as a Fraccon we shouldn't be fighting Captains and at this point we can't beat pears without our trump and pulling Captain level attacks on non captains is a good way to draw those captains we don't want to fight to us.

I then pointed out that Allon is a captain level ability used by a Lieutenant which drew a counter which crushed them because one ability does not make them equal to a Captain. Where if they hadn't used Allon they could have continued the fight without interference and even if they lost Harrebel would have had more time to rescue them.

Yes you can say that Combat arts lets us fight a peer but it still says not instantly lose.

...no? I'm not saying she'll die? I'm saying I want to see the challenges she can face escalate. Not that she'll die if we don't give her XP. If we give her enough XP to fight Barrigan or whoever the fuck, she will. If we don't, she won't. It's a matter of the story I want to see happen. I want to see the stakes rise for Cirruci, and remain static for Nemo.

I mean, Cirruci is at the level of anything lower than Ichigo/Aizen and she has actually fought and beat Ichigo once. Her opponent cap is already infinite, far weaker individuals than Ichigo beat Stark and Barrigan. Any further increases will just be incremental, unnoticeable because the story isn't Cirruci centric, it's Nemo centric.

The decision was made and allowed several arcs ago, if you have your own views, your own wants on where you think the xp should be allocated calmly state your points and support your arguments for that, don't go asking the QM to suddenly change our options.

Just chill for a moment. Yes they shouldn't request that Omicron stop players from voting for xp to be given to Cirruci, but this kind of bickering is exactly what Omicron wants to avoid.

In short, Nemo is plenty strong enough with four combat rank-ups from this arc alone. Cirucci is on track to throw down with a Vasto Lorde as the leader of the rebellion - she needs power.

I've justified this earlier on. But in essence, I think Nemo's about reaching her mature state, and as part of that, I want a Combat Arts perk that can give her a distinctive style as a mechanical thing. I don't intend to improve her radically over where she is now, but a neat blade trick is always a cool iconic thing.

Nemo has discovered cinema. However, she hasn't discovered much about it. Hence, no classic array of top films. No, it's just what they had when she broke in.

Interestingly Young Kanonji's New Great Adventure The Movie 2: The Return Of the Spirit Princess From The Land of Thunder is the most popular one among the arrancar, who watch Don Kanonji ironically. And some of them who see it may be planning to "guest appear" on the show.

I like the more helmet-like designs from canon, and I therefore prefer Nemo's face to look like she's wearing an open-faced helmet (with brow and cheek guards) over "she's got things stuck to her face". It reinforces it as something worn. Plus, looks more like a crown/helmet.
