THAT was an amazing quest, and amazingly-it even got finished! We reched the end, and it was worth it!

great job, @Omicron well done, and thanks a lot for taking us on that amazing journey of a tale!

I wonder though, will we have any more OMAKE? i still have an idea or two i wanted to do for this quest but never got around to writing, which have lost relevance long ago...

Congratulations on finishing and thank you for writing the quest Omi!
It was a magnificent journey the whole way through, and one I'll never regret following along with.

A finished quest, and a very readable quest, at that! Someone should convince the moderators to frame this thread in gold!

My headcanon is that Tatsuki's shirt ripped in such a way as to reveal her polished, stony abs.

I kind of want to see an Epilogue chapter dedicated solely to how all the various friend groups influence Amity growing up. Cirucci and Nemo being the quintessential bodies of propriety and manners raising her with love, Luppi and Grimmjow being those two Uncles who'll teach her ALL the bad habits with their posse trying to damage control/egg them on, the Aunt Bestias teaching Amity the dread secret ritual of Pattycake, Jackleton and Esmeralda being Bestest Babysitters, Ichigo and Friends being the Camp Mortal Counselors, Soul Society being 'those guys with candy and a van', etc.

Well, everything I had to say here has I think already been said, so I'll just add my voice to the chorus: congratulations, Omicron, on finishing out this enormous work! And thank you for sharing it with all of us.

You know, while on the subject of parenthood... Mayuri is a surprisingly effective parent. Honestly it's kind of disturbing how well his kid turned out give what a shit stain of a person he is.

I honestly cannot belive that this is ending. Part of it is, of course, the general disbelief that a quest actually succesfully ends. So, congratulations on that achievement.

But beyond that, it was a privilege and pleasure to read. Part of me wants it to go on forever, but that would only lessen the whole.
I look forward to the epilogue, and to whatever you choose to write next.

Thank you, Omicron.

I think that speaks more to the resilience and quality of his kids more than anything else. Especially Nemu; she lacked Ururu's slowly growing support system and she still turned out well, entirely in spite of Mayuri. Let's give him as much credit as he's due, which is exactly none.

So... how does a non-godly parent make sure that her deific child stays out of the cookie jar and brushes her teeth regularly?

Does this mean we can dress God up in cute outfits? Because I'm not putting up with another six thousand years of white togas and blue wraps.

However much of a shit person Mayuri is, one really cant criticise his mad science skills. Esspecially in area of artifical souls and designed spiritual life there may be none greater, regardless of what we just accomplished.

Ending on the annointing the Mother of God and discussion of God's baptism.

You're cheeky as all hell.

Cheers to selling out so hard that we bought into your scheme. Long live Nemo, The Black Moth Queen. Long live Omicron, The Beautifully Oblivious Savant. Long live The Ikkaku Remembrance Thread! Long live brutal reminders that Bunraku and KoD fell so Number None could fly, rip hyena one last time

Well, that was a fucking trip. Bravo for actually seeing this through the actual, absolutely incredible, end. 2999 pages. 246 threadmarks. 1 million+ words. I think Nemo and company have earned a nice vacation at this point.

Congratulations on finishing your quest and thank you for writing such an amazing epic @Omicron

Y'know, a thought occurs.

We've been cracking jokes about how this "but ambition remains" part of the quest's old tag-line turned really not that representative, but here we are, at the end of things, with Nemo managing to claw her way up to being, pretty much, Queen Consort of the Universe. A real go-getter attitude, if you ask me.

So here is a random thought, obviously Cirucci and Nemo will need to construct a new home for themselves and their daughter. Not to mention the general society that will inevitably spring up around them.

As such I do wonder how that will all look, since both of them are very much into culture and will want to construct things that will allow them to enjoy a wide variety of cultural activities. So odds are we can expect whatever society that is created to basically be in a sorta renaissance where various forms of art, music and the like is encouraged in order to make the place more about living and enjoying life rather than merely surviving.

Don't forget about epilogues! Between that and the slow wind-down of comments, this thread's going to crack 3000 pages easy.
