This is so weird I just know luppi will get the master bala before us but with how people often wanted the moth that could perform a bullet hell I was expecting well nemo to reach it first. Well at least from this I can take is that only the things with xp currently in them will rise and we won't see anymore weird rises in skill.
Still weaker than her.

IIRC, Cirucci was Veteran baseline with Champion Ressureccion and either Master or Champion Combat Arts.

The dodge-bala omake gets put into Bala, obviously. 
Just shove the xp from the Aftermath Omake wherever you want to see it.
As I've said before, I'm better at comedy but it's good to try to stretch my fingers to writing things that I don't do as often, mostly for spotting things like that. I mean, I could still defend that at least half the reason for the lack of violent spite is that most people want to look professional in front of the head captain (other than Kenpachi and Mayuri), and Toshiro in particular is still in the hospital bed missing an arm. Fatalistic felt right for him sitting there for the first bit after getting stomped that hard. But I can see where the boiling hate and rage feels like it's missing some. I might end up doing a sequel piece for after there's been time for people to simmer and move past the shock and into the rage - AKA, get out of OMG's sight range before being ready to scream and hit the walls.

It was only Master CA. Note that Nemo has dumped a ton of XP into Mundane and Advanced skills, and Cirucci only had a modicum of Style, so our XP total is likely higher than her's was. If we get uncrippled and level all the things we're dumping points in she'll surpass canon Cirucci. So it'll happen in 2019, probably.

Some people's XP isn't in the log yet because that thread nearly thirty pages since last Thursday and I was preparing to leave for the week-end. If people got XP from the previous omake round that isn't in the log, they need to ping me.

Because they erase souls from existance, the worst the most callous Hollow would do is merely keep them from the circle of reincarnation for an inordinate amount of time. And, I don't know if it is fanon, but the origin of their power is hatred, essentially they hate Hollows so much that they'd rather eradicate everything they are instead of giving their victims, among whom there could be their former comerades, a second chance.

I'd say it's fanon but I have never heard this theory being said by any fans. Regardless, the canon explanation is that the souls aren't actually eradicated, but instead go to the sleeping king of the quincies to be consumed.

I'm going to grandfather in @Phigment's Now You Feel Like Number 48 if his last post about not continuing it was a joke. Because it was the first of its kind, and it's actually closely related to the NN story itself rather than only featuring its characters, and also it's really more of a fic where as far as I can tell the vote is often not real because it's told in anachronic order and the follow-up to an update has already been written and posted weeks before
In case it's not obvious to people, I'm going to clarify that, yes, the actual voting in the Number 48 bits is a cruel lie and has been all along. I have always had at least a vague idea when I finished a chapter what happened in the chapter before and what would happen in the chapter afterwards, and I generally try to stack the vote options such that it's obvious which one is going to win the vote. (Do you want to be nice to Nemo or to be a terrible person?)
The one quasi-exception to this was the vote in the trap temple about taking the big mirror or learning trapsmithing. Trapsmithing was supposed to just be there to be the punchline of a joke, but then people started talking, and I was very, very tempted to change courses.
I enjoy the discussion and conversation about the options, but a vote post with no commentary is not accomplishing much.
I refuse to to speculate on whether I was serious about being completely done with it or not. Although, I'm never, ever, going to fill in all the holes between existing chapters. There are too many. It's too much. I have jokes to tell.
Still the best of these, no offense to the runner-ups

Yeah, that's just a joke. Been a long time since I cracked open the Exalted books, though. Also, dang, but Arrancar and Abyssal aesthetics do not go together. The only level at which they work is that both are vaguely ghost-themed, but otherwise, it's all "Cirucci should have a socialize charm...but not that one. Or that one. Or, good grief, definitely not THAT one, no one should ever have that...maybe another charm to cut people's arms off?

Rukia does not have omniscience. She was just saying what everyone thought to be the truth at the time, but turned out to not actually be the truth. This isn't an advanced storytelling concept.

I don't know what you're talking about, I'm a completely different poster to that NSMS- I mean NMS! NMS!- person.
You can call it a retcon to big up a newly introduced villain and make him seem super strong and spoopy, you know. The rest of us will.
I'll be completely honest, the further an arc is from the start of bleach, the more I disregard it when writing - certainly, everything after Aizen's defeat I treat as a suggestion at best
I mean, yeah it might have been that. But the story is the story. You can ignore that part if you'd like, but you shouldn't call it not-canon.
