I think that Taylor is using the smiurgh as a relay into the shard network to talk to QA.

While i too have some problems identifying, when there are 3 or more people in the conversation and agree that a little more clarity in that regard would be nice, i think there are more important things to worry about defining a character than obvious speech patterns. I'd find it weird if they come from the same general area and sounded totally different from one another in a normal discussion. It would take a hightend emotional state to make individual ticks more obvious.

Why would it? Other than being the best organizer, process manager, and having a lot of brute-force processing, QA really doesn't bring that much to the table. There is that trick of co-opting neural functions of organic species, but it's not really a trick Taylor would be immediately interested in, especially since she's offering Moar DATA on basic physics that makes everything QA does better first. Frankly, she's more likely to want to dive into QA's subspace network modules and see what can be done to beef them up as a first project.

Taylor now has a direct line to THE administrator of either all or half of the entire Shard network.
Their 'working relationship' could very well be based on Taylor asking 'How do you do X', be given all the DATA Shardnet has for it, reworking it all into a way, way more efficient designs and sending a copy back. Taylor gets near-unlimited inspiration to work with, Shardnet unanimously votes for Taylor as Best Entity Evar.
Everybody wins.
Except the ones who get in the way of this new partnership, but really, when you piss off both the alphabet soup of Spook Town, aka Brockton Bay, and all the Interdimentional Alien Power-Granting Supercomputers (that have been given extensive upgrades by yours truly), you are really, really asking for it.

No, software optimization is the closest thing to a memetic attack you can use on the core Shards. It's so delicious but also fundamentally improves who they are, so they stop being Space Cancer.
I'm also still convinced she didn't get Q.A. but the Simurgh. Who is sometimes shown to run the Thinker/Precog database. And those constellations 'lesser' portals Taylor's seeing are probably Simmy the Simulator's allsight in action.

Why am I getting the impression that in the end, Taylor is going to end up with a version of QA that sort of resembles one of these:

I think we can safely assume that Taylor has not connected with the Simurgh because even though this stories character is Taylor in Name Only and people are far more rational in this story then in canon worm I would still expect a more significant reaction if Taylor was communicating with the Simurgh. Remember the Simurgh is the being so terrifying that people volunteer to have bombs attached to them that detonate if thy are exposed to her long enough to prevent her influencing them.
Also I hope we don't have yet another Taylor Amy romance since even ignoring the fact that Taylor is canonically straight the Amy Taylor pairing has been done enough in fanfiction that its honestly boring.

That is just out there enough for it to happen in this story. QA becomes more efficient from the UI software maximizing its management capacities.
Simmy shows up in geosynchronous orbit above Taylor's house and presents a mutually beneficial partnership. Simmy gives Taylor knowledge of future events and Taylor gives Simmy scientific data. Of course, there is a bit a communication hurdle.
