questions: do you acept omakes for bonus?, canwe doble take an action? (spend 2 ation for find and adviser)

Yes, I will accept and reward omakes for bonuses (provided they are sufficient quality).
No, I will not allow doubling up on a single action.

@dnzrx Can you put a threadmark on the latest interlude? It'll help tracking a bit easier

[x] Plan We seriously need more gold so that we can bathe in it

[x] Martial
--[x] Help Wanted, Quantity over Quality: You need fighting men and women (and maybe monsters) and you plenty of them quickly. After all, there is plenty of strength in large numbers and you need those numbers now more than ever. You and your company will focus their hiring efforts to expand their numbers very quickly without too much caring about quality.
Cost: 15. Reward: Random amount of fighting hirelings and/or creatures of variable quality, and maybe an advisor (Dice roll to determine what you get).
----[x] Increase the amount of Wealth spent on this task for better results (input amount). 20 Wealth

A 50% chance of success while trying to save our Engineering team is still a tad low in my opinion. We need more manpower to pull off the rescue (and let's face it, we have no US Navy SEALs, no UK SAS, no Russian Spetnaz, saving our men will be hard). In addition, more men means we can do more option in the future. Moreover, our employee's morale is... passable even if their friends are kidnapped, we can temporarily put off busting them out for 1 turn

[x] Diplomacy
--[x] Meet the army!: You have noticed a small group of significantly armed, armored, and uniformed group of soldiers gathered around a number of shacks just outside the village. They must be soldiers for some sort of army, stationed here to guard this important village. Maybe you should talk with them to see who are they? Perhaps they can really help you with your problems…
Chance of Success: 60%. Reward: Established contact with the local garrison of Leofarinia's armed forces.

They are the army, the troops, the grunt. Being in good relationship with them can be profitable. It is also safer too, having some kind of protection

[x] Stewardship
--[x] Rooms available for rent, cheap!: The headquarters does have plenty of spare rooms not in use for now. Why not rent some of them out to people of good character at a cost? It should help shore up finances in a way, but you should also be careful about letting wolves into the flock...
Chance of Success: 65%. Upkeep: 10. Reward: Income +20.

This gives us a net income of +10/turn. Not much, but the accumulation of this can pay off greatly. I'm tempting to play an Intrigue on the bloody strange woman, but we are the nice guys here. Right?

[x] Intrigue
--[x] Make a Profile, Bethany: That bunny bandit that kidnapped your employees had made a fool out of you and your company. That being said, she does not seem to act like a normal bandit. That alone makes her more dangerous than usual. You should go around and get some background info about her, for something's off about her...
Chance of Success: 50%. Reward: Basic Profile of Bloody Bethany Bunny made.

She messes with our men. She must pay for that. Meanwhile, Sun Tzu has already taught us about knowing ourselves and our enemy...

[x] Learning
--[x] Reinvent the Wheel: Your company has been pulled into another world with a much less than ideal technology and infrastructure base. It may be wise for you and your company to focus their efforts into re-research, re-design, and re-develop the various technologies that you all know and love back at home. With many years of built up knowledge in your computers and in your heads, this should be simple… right?
Chance of Success: 75% Cost: 20. Required: 1 Science/Engineering Team Reward: Rediscovered knowledge and designs from your home world, random stuffs.
----[x] Production Tech I: Focus your efforts on developing the technology to build up a basic industrial base.
----[x] Infrastructure Tech I: Focus your efforts on developing technology required to support an efficient operation.
--[x] Magical Studies I: Since this new world have fantasy elements in it and your whole company was summoned out of nowhere, you are sure that magic do exist. Problem is that you do not know anything about magic, so maybe a beginner's study on magic is in order? Or maybe there is a book called "Magic For Dummies" somewhere out there… Who knows.
Chance of Success: 75% Cost: 20. Required: 1 Science/Engineering Team Reward: Fundamental knowledge about Magic, random stuffs.

No matter how powerful our priestesses are, they are few in number, same for the Sisters of Mace. The ability to cheaply and fast equip low-rank and normal people is the key to victory and success. I'm tempting to build some old rifles here (old for us, think Mosin Nagant or Lee Enfield, old, but reliable) - which will seriously increase our combat power in the future. I'd love to do more but our finance is a bit tight
And magic... we are in a fantasy world with magic, we have to know about it in order to live better

[x] Piety
--[x] Help Wanted, Someone Pious: Let's be honest. You are not a pious person and with the amount of work you have to do in order to kick the Frank Foundation into high gear, you probably will not have time for matters of faith. Why not you find and hire someone who will manage such faithful affairs for you?
Chance of Success: 60% Cost: 25. Reward: A Piety Advisor.

Let's get some professional help here

[x] Personal
--[x] Organize Your Computer: Your personal computer is disorganized and filled with documents, PDFs, pictures, programs, and a lot more stuff of various kinds. Why not take this time to clean up a bit?
Chance of Success: 90% Reward: Your computer is more organized, Random stuffs.

[x] Joan Personal bonus
--[x] Magical study.

We are the smartest and the boss here, we should be the one to tackle the "WTF is this shit" problem

It seems that your countless days of scouring through the various flyers and advertisements has finally paid off. And when it paid off, the results are much better than you ever anticipated. First, thanks to your personal attention to the flyers, you have managed to pull together quite a nice collection of mercenaries and other individuals, ready to do your bidding. While they are not particularly talented nor trained past bare minimums, they are cheap and affordable, and their discipline is tolerable, at the moment. Most importantly, you have the numbers required to pull of more demanding military missions.

However, two unexpected but not unwelcome boons has landed in front of you on a silver platter, so to speak. First, there was a small group of armed bunny-people in uniform marching into the village. A few hours later and you have learned that this is what remains of a mercenary company after a disastrous defeat with one of Leofarinia's enemies. They are in the process of returning home in disgrace when you intercepted them. After an hour of negotiations, you signed on the ragged and tired remains of the Black Rabbits company into your fold, grateful for the food and shelter you are providing them, on top of their discounted price. Having seasoned warriors could open up some possibilities for operations.

The second boon was that there was a traveling monster-tamer and dealer coming through the village not long after the mercenaries were hired. He has heard about you and your summoning. As a result, he traveled to you and your company for a little meet-and-greet. While he was slightly disappointed at the fact you haven't accomplished a lot of deeds of note, he did leave behind some... samples with you in hopes that you would consider buying his various… magical creatures and monsters for your forces. The samples included a small group of thorn-throwing living plants (called Thorns), a small pack of tamed lesser wolves, and a trio of animated copper statues depicting... athletic women with polearms…

All in all, a rather odd start to your little army, but it is a nice start nonetheless. At least you are not really hurting for military support for you company at this moment…

(Gained the following combat personnel/assets:
4 groups of Basic Mercenary Spearmen
2 group of Basic Mercenary Archers
1 group of Basic Mercenary Swordsmen
2 groups of Veteran Black Rabbits Swords-bunnies
1 group of Thorn Throwers
1 pack of Tamed Lesser Wolves
1 group of Copper Polearm Statues)

The meeting was, pretty typical to be honest. In fact, it is rather anticlimactic. The encounter lasted three hours at most, in which during that time, you meet up with the commanding officer in charge of the soldiers and basically have a round of introductions from everyone. Captain Raymond of the Leofarinian Army's garrison here in Greenhill was pretty neutral about you and your Foundation. Chance of Success: 65%. Upkeep: 10. Reward: Income +20.

Dice Roll: (1D100 => 67)

Finding trustworthy tenants was easy enough. From the local camp followers who appreciates better lodging than shabby tents on hard ground to your newly hired mercenaries who is willing to pay up for something more than an uncomfortable bed at the local inn, you really did not have any problem in accommodating them with warm rooms and somewhat more comfortable bedding. The money started to flow in once you and the Foundation started to collect on the rent, but you realize that you miss actual private shower stalls and laundry machines as you witnessed the extra large wooden tub that your new tenants set up outside and the large pile of dirty clothes that are not getting washed quickly enough...

-[x] Human Autopsy Research

Dice Roll: (1D100 => 49)

Autopsy on the human corpses was easy enough, given that one of the assigned team-members had went to medical school long enough to do human dissection and kept all of her textbooks in a box in her office and that the team is working in mostly familiar territory. The session reveals that the humans in this world are very similar to the humans from back on Earth. In fact, they are almost the same, in terms of muscles, skeleton, and internal organs. The only two differences that are detected required the use of a microscope and a radio. The radio reacted weirdly in the presence of some of the corpses while the microscope detected the presence of a strange substance in the blood extracted from said corpses.

More research and equipment will be required for additional information in this phenomenon, but does this mean that you might have found a potential source of magic?

-[x] Bunny-people Autopsy Research

Dice Roll: (1D100 => 28)

Autopsy sessions with the corpses of the bunny people was more difficult but still successful since you are seriously dealing with an unknown (to you) species here, despite similarities to humans. The research team noticed that, while the innards are pretty similar to humans (too similar for the team's comfort) there were several differences that they found that they noted. While the differences in terms of bunny ears and patches of fur was somewhat mundane to the team (they function like what a rabbit ears and fur does on a rabbit: keeping the rabbit alert and warm in cold weather.), the more interesting differences mainly focused on the muscular-skeletal systems and the reproductive systems.

The team found out that the bunny's bones' calcium structure were arranged in a way that they are lighter than similar human bones, but still are just a strong for the most part. In addition the muscles are reinforced with some sort of stringy fiber that allows for bursts of incredible strength and speed. Overall, they are strong, light, and agile. However, more tests, equipment, and research will be needed for more information.

The findings on the reproductive side of things was also interesting. It seemed that the entire species was geared for rapid and numerous reproduction. First they discovered that the ovaries are designed to generate and release multiple eggs, increasing the chances of multiple births. Supporting that is the toughed and enlarged womb area that suggests the capacity for at least two or more babies at a time. Also interesting is the sex ratio of the bunny people, which is very heavily skewed to the female side by a factor of at least thirty to one. Finally, despite all of this, the eggs are strange in that they can be fertilized with the semen of any reasonably male humanoid species, although the babies will still all bunny people.

You asked awkwardly about the source of the final two facts about reproduction and the team admitted that, in addition to the autopsy, they interviewed the Black Rabbits to confirm some of their hypotheses.

More research and equipment (and awkward interviews about reproduction) will be required for additional information on the Bunny People, but already, unfortunate thoughts about all of this information has came to mind...

[x] In-depth Faith Study, The Temple of the Divine Word: Those Temple of the Divine Word priests and priestess who brought you here, what do they believe in and what are their dogmas? Maybe it is time for a quick look into their belief system?
Chance of Success: 75% Cost: 10 Required: 1 Sisters Initiates Team. Reward: Information about the belief system of The Temple of the Divine Word.

Dice Roll: (1D100 => 19)

No thanks to your relative inexperience in terms of faith and theology, the religious studies did not really stick to your head, despite the best efforts of the Sisters Initiates. While they are not discouraged one bit, you still struggle to believe and understand all of this stuff about their faith and doctrine. Not helping matters are that they often time speak in weird languages and in abstract poems, further complicating your comprehension. You figured that more time will be required for these classes to really sink in, and that the Initiates need to rethink their methods of teaching.

Especially you sank all of that money in those books you have gathered for them. You really need to bring the printing press here to this world…

It seems that organizing the mess that is your computer is your new hobby of the month at the moment as you figuratively dive into the few terabytes of various items that you have built up over the years. It is rather interesting to go through your past and look at the pictures, documents, programs, and other things you have either downloaded, made, or edited. As you are sorting out the information, you have came across numerous ideas, materials, concepts, plans, and other bits of maybe-useful information in picture and document form. You decide to put these in its own special folder, in case you need to use them.

Who knows? Maybe that time will come sooner than you think.

--[x] Meet the army!: You have noticed a small group of significantly armed, armored, and uniformed group of soldiers gathered around a number of shacks just outside the village. Chance of Success: 60%. Reward: Established contact with the local garrison of Leofarinia's armed forces.

He regarded you as a blessing from the heavens, but he is still worried about the fact that you really have not done too much to solve their problems, which gives you some ideas on how to improve your standing with the rest of the people here...
