I still have no idea how to vote for my plank without making a new plan honestly. Vote by line just doesn't work with subvotes?

Sorry, to be clear: subvotes are counted as working together with the main vote. So the bill of rights is as a block. Vote by line meant I'm not tying one bill of rights slate to the amendments vote.

To include or not include a new plank, you must make a new plan. I will say if no option gets a majority there will be a runoff so you don't have to worry about splitting the vote.
