Big plan for Mutual Aid Expansion, finally sending a major aid package to the Argentine Anarchists like I've been meaning to do for multiple turns now, and protests for May Day and especially against the Sedition Act. Plus continuing the major Unionization push, now onto the Dockworkers (which can be drained some if either the AdP or AB need a Funds infusion.)
EDIT: 9 Funds for the AdP to bring the Mexican Liberal Party action up to 50 Funds in total.

This is assuming that the extra 27 Funds from
@notbirdofprey (or a substitute from another org) stay with the SPA, giving them a total of 59 Funds.
Build up 2K+ Militia (around the amount of Red Shirts at first Wilmington) with 500 of them being Regulars. That plus more aid and programs to help Wilmington and the farmers, doing the campaign in Wilmington specifically because I don't have the confidence for all of NC just yet, and setting up Dues finally.
