[X] Plan: On Task, On Time, and On Target...to undermine Mengsk

I'm not sure that I feel comfortable spending another quarter neglecting to send out humanitarian aid to the Fringe Worlds, in favor of getting a field update from Raynor. I mean, I guess we can get a better picture of how many people are starving out there in the meantime.

So in light of that, I'm yoinking Laurent's plan and replacing the "Request an Update" for sending relief supplies. I'd rather not have preventable loss of life on our hands. We can still get an update next turn (Q4) before the next Budget Meeting, it doesn't feel compelling to prioritize that over mitigating suffering.

Neglecting the part where we're putting together our own private army and we just put two dice in it to half-ass it seems like... it could very easily backfire.

Remember with NIM how the best way through was forward? I'm sure it's that way, with getting the DC 120 having much bigger advantages than the DC 80, let alone the DC 40.

Might as well not do TRUST this turn, tbh, if you're going to neglect it.

The first project is more about reorganizing it for symbolic benefits, at least, that's my read on it. I wouldn't do more TRUST projects afterward though, because the Treasury does not feel like a place to actually have a private army, and Mengsk will be a lot more alarmed about that.

Perhaps it will turn out that I'm completely wrong, but this is my take.

You might want to consider my plan, where we do both!

I do have to say its very interesting when most plans are like over 60% the same but for one or two minor differences. I mean those differences can be major in terms of story and what happens but its still cool to see commonality among the ideas.
