Intrusive Questioning is Diplomacy. Post-Fall of Numenor, Gondor-era Sauron would use Military or Intrigue for something like that.
Intrusive question is diplomacy, but it's not particularly high fantasy Medieval Horse Lord in general. Should have gone with warhammer 40K Inquisition reference.
