One Giant Leap: Exodus Quest(Dropped)

So what I was thinking of was to pair up and have one group go into zone F to target both enemy number 4 and 5. Meanwhile everyone else piles into zone B and have pairs focus fire on one target. Or that was the case before @Tarumath decided to yolo into C blow everyone in there without even doing a targeted throw.

Dumb question, we do have to specify which target we want to attack?

Climbing on the roof should give me good vision on the neighboring areas for a shot right?

@Tarumath The grenade is only going to fuck us. Since you're dashing, all your attack rolls are going to roll with disadvantage. Can you please talk it out with people and not promptly skip off while just leaving behind a joke vote?

(@ProjectUnidad Let me know if climbing onto E1 is too far, I can just go to the edge of B and aim from there). It was a step too far, adjusted my plan accordingly

Lets distract enemies 17-19 and give the chance for the people there to escape.
To be clear, I less aiming to kill, and more giving covering fire so that 15,16,19 can either disengage or attack with advantage themselves. I am deliberately not trying to hit the aliens I am trying to save.

Let me know if you guys think this is being a bit too aggressive, but I think we can spare one person for that rooftop.

edit: edited to include new tactic and targeting.

To be clear, I think enemies 17-19 are close enough that my covering fire will be trying to distract all of them

Get someone to buddy up with you and provide overwatch. That way if a wendigo tries to climb up to you, they'll get a face full of lead.

I like this idea. I really like this idea!

Anyone want to buddy up with me up to E1?
edit: Movement to E1 isn't possible. Would still like a buddy for overwatch while I lay down some covering fire that may just get me the attention of three angry wendigos.

Perhaps, but I'd prefer C1. We still get a good view over the center, wouldn't have to dash through B past a bunch of enemies, and would get a shot at saving the fauns up there and in F.

Edit: we also can't dash and climb, so we won't need two turn to get to C1.

C1 only allows us to engage the enemies in B, and will mean that once those enemies are cleared out, that it will take 2 turns to to get a new location (one to climb down, and the other to get out of A). I do understand the point about unnecessary risk though.

I'm sorry but you can't combine two movements, it's only one
Welp, I guess I'll just go to B; I'll change my vote to clarify that.

That being said, I do have another question. Is it possible to perform an action before I move? Asking for the sake of my next turn.

It depends what you are asking

Also I added "covering fire" as a tactic, so make the necessary change to your vote
If I did something like move to D, in my next turn, would I be able to toss a grenade before moving to another space? I wouldn't want to toss a grenade this turn due to the roll disadvantage and the likelihood of hitting allies, but I was thinking maybe next turn...

(To be clear, I don't think I will do this now, because now overwatch and dash are two mutually exclusive tactics, but that was why I was asking)

I'll be honest with you. I don't think we need covering fire in B. Tarumath and I are chucking 2 grenades in there. Even with us getting -10 to our rolls, I'm pretty confident of everything just going *splat*. Also, covering fire seem to only affect one target.
Covering Fire: A non-lethal attack that attempts to distract the targeted enemy unit, nearby ally units will get advantage rolls either to attack or disengage the distracted enemy
Might better saved to be used on the Wendigo Guardian. Lastly, we're going to want to use the pistol for covering fire. Don't want to waste the damage of the rifle.
Thank you for the support Action, @Drip69!
I don't think that's a support action.

TO THOSE THAT HAVE ALREADY POSTED YOUR PLANS OR PLAN TO DO, I HAVE UPDATED A NEW TACTIC AS WELL AS ADDED AN ADDITIONAL ACTION -[] [TARGET], TARGET IS TO INDICATE WHICH UNIT ARE YOU EITHER ATTACKING OR ASSISTING(the exception of this is Overwatch). HOWEVER TARGETS ARE NOT SET IN STONE CAN BE SUBJECT TO CHANGE DURING THE ROLLING OF DICE, THIS IS TO HELP INFORM AND COORDINATE WITH YOUR FELLOW PLAYERS. SO PLEASE MAKE YOUR NECESSARY CHANGES TO YOUR PLAN, THANK YOU! :3

That's not how that works.

You're giving enemies #1, #2, and #3 advantage rolls against NU #1. Not only do you need to include a movement, but you can't use the pistol from A into G. Lastly, we have that area covered since we will have the air unit deployed there.

Well, this is a suprise least. Id say we put 2 - 3 of our units clearing G, as to have clear escape/EVAC route for villagers. Afterall how many wouls be willing to get into the giant flying hut that can go at a high velocity.
Edit: Welp if we got Airship clearing G guess I'll go to B and assit LordElric
