I approve of Nami's point of view. That'd be fun.

In-person, getting medical help is probably the priority. That means the bugs can probably only locate Buggy's treasure, and may not be able to carry much. But that could still save time after the rest of them are all down with a severe case of entomophobia.

Steal buggy's every thing his gold his ship even the cloths off his back if you have to then use the money to buy a laser arm.

I'm voting for medical, but does anyone actually expect to find it? OP world humans are just hardier and recover from stuff better, we need a serious physical enhancement.
 
Did anyone think about the fact that with conqueror's haki, taylor might just turn that lion she chased off to her side.
Having a pet more durable than some small bug that she can actually ride on if she wants would probably help her relax a bit, even if they likely have to get a bigger ship.
