This is further plagued by the discovery that several components used in the manufacturing of the panels seem to be "eaten" by the fungus, leading to damages and a higher cost in maintenance. Curiously, this phenomenon only occurred in large sprawling installations, with small stretches, singular panels, and confusingly enough, test roads, completely untouched.
