BAH! If it's truly needed for the survival of the world, the bronze dragonflight will intervene and make us help them to set the timeline straight via hordes of expendable minions.
 
On Intrigue I'm leaning towards Order of Assassins and Arcane Mystery.

Order of Assassins allows us to be more proactive with our intrigue actions. Arcane Mystery is a long shot, but has very high potential gains further own the line.


Recruitment and Vacation are also necessary actions. The recent events have depleted our empire on all levels. When it come down to it there is little in Northrend left that we cannot stomp if the empire is healthy.

I would not say Recruitment is more important than banishment, helping the Earthen or the Watchers.
 
I just like the idea of being able to use warlock teleportation to summon armies behind enemy lines. Or even just summon hero's to fights. Warlocks can also soulstone people, which let's them come back from the dead, and be perfectly fine.

So if we had a warlock soulstone one of our heroes, they would be able to resurrect mid fight if they ever died.
 
If we roll badly and lose half the army we'll be in deep shit. The local issues can wait for another turn when we will be stronger.

Either our king had a taste of some dwarven alcohol and got a bit drunk or it's the insidious whispers of the old god finally getting to him.
 
On the Intrigue actions, this is the last chance to intervene in the war and make sure the faction we prefer wins, whereas the Aspect is going to be still around whatever we do this turn.

He might start his godawfully horrible plan this Turn and then we'll lose an opportunity to make sure that never happens.
We need things to be safe and calm in Northrend, all threats removed so we can prepare to fuck over the Scourge and Burning Legion.

Agreed.

Talking him down could only do good in the long run, if only because it helps keep the remains of the blue dragonflight from destroying themselves working against the planets defense.

Like what usually seems to happen with whatever the titans leave behind to guard the place.

So why not both and defer the recruitment as well? Because the Vyrkul business can continue to eat up actions unless we just nudge it to our favor.

Also, when does he start up his plan originally anyway? Also why(aside from being batshit crazy)?
