I'm inclined to take this option though I may reach out to the GNVP instead

The YPGnormal does support the monarchy, yes. There are some in the YPGthe radicals who oppose it, but their voice is minor at present. Personally, I cannot wait until the end of the VoNC - and whether or not the coalition survived or died does not matter - and the true campaign begins!

I won't lie I'm not fully interested in restoring the monarchy but I'm not agaisnt it either.
Anyway here's a tentative plan I made.

Alright here's my plan so far intent here is to continue to gain support so the Vote fails while weakening the ZP before they break off and make some inroads with the GNVP since they'll give us desperately needed votes.
Military wise I picked a option for both Army, Navy and Airforce since we will need them all to be strong enough to face the Atlantic federation when war comes again. With that in mind I choose Tactics over new rifles since last turn we gave the army new vehicles so they can wait a turn on rifles. Navy I choose the second armament plan both to appease the YPG and because a Navy that can fight Valois is something I want and finally I want to get our Air force up and running since we got them new planes so might as well establish them now.
Economy should be obvious I'm working towards a fourth action slot there while improving our infrastructure and food situation and also working on the economy as well to get it out of this slump and to start growing which will really help the fact we hit a motherload with those mines. Next turn I plan to invest in that major corporation if the option is still there.
And diplomacy I'm reaching out to former alliance members both to start making connections for the future and for needed resources they have and we want. And I'm obviously not taking a deal with the devil. Unless there is an overwhelming amount of support for it form other voters and even then I'd be disinclined to it.
Over all if this plan goes well(knocks on wood) it should reduce the vote chance enough for us that'll it fail and also start making inroads both inside the nation and beyond it for our future plans. Of course now other parties have a say in it too but I'm optimistic here.

With the military, I mainly chose things that would be easy and guaranteed. The navy decision was made in a way that will sway more of the YPG to our side and solidify their loyalty. The industry was chosen for things that seemed more doable with the dice and not things that could wreck us over. Diplomacy, however, is something I'm unsure about. I rather think that this plan is what we should go through to secure our position.

Our current guns are servicable even if they're a little aged, I'd rather replace the MKb and the MG option with the establishment of our new air force so they start accruing institutional experience as soon as possible.

The problem is that the dc for that seems... How should I put it? Risky. I don't like failing rolls and failing high dcs more. I would recommend we stay with our current path, and wait until the dc is less imposing and then we go for it.

Doing the roll later is no guarantee of success, and getting through with it now gives us the time to fix any issues later in case of a misfire.

That is a good point. Yeah, I am convinced to change it. However, are there any possible political consequences for failing it is the question?

I don't believe so since I believe it would have been stated like in the Naval options(which shows that both of the sub options have consequences to them) which is why I choose it even if it fails we could work on it next turn like the Tea option that failed last turn. And that is why I have it in my plan so far and I should state now @Rolen von Keng that our plans are now the same.

A thought I had was appealing to the minor parties and then dissolving the Diet next turn to force a turnover. All of the major parties will likely see some heavy shuffling, more votes going to the minor parties that are actually on the ground and interacting with the people.
Its an idea anyway.
Also want to see if we actually have Valk girls begin to pop up. Theocratic Monarchy here we come!
