You quickly get the armor distributed among all your goblins, they fight over it a bit but you quickly get them to settle down. You size them up afterards. You just got quite the formidable force! You now have a bunch of goblins wearing full armor and armed with weapons!

--[X]Healing... DARK Healing. Or something. It's not like you're worried your goblins might get hurt, or anything. It's just it would be inconvenient if they couldn't work. Right. That's it.

-[X]Mostly non-lethal of course. Not that you care about any adventurers. You just need to make sure you can ransom them. It's just more efficient that way.
You decide to set out, you needed to improve yourself if you were going to be a proper villainess. You tell the goblins to start setting up traps in your absence and set off. Soon you find yourself at the town and you manage to find your way to the admittedly pitiful mages guild, perhaps your next step should be to boost the town up so you can get a better influx of adventurers? This is in the middle of nowhere after all.
You manage to talk somebody into teaching you magic, this practice takes a few weeks but you finally got yours lessons worth, you now understand the basics of magic and are a competent caster, in addition the goblins have managed to heavily fortify the entrance to the mines, theres no way any novice hero could get through it, though many of the traps do need manual resetting so if they're neglected they may become ignorable for heroes. You managed to learn some dark healing which you are quickly to promptly demonstrate when an accident with the traps occours. You can tell they were very impressed. You also heard while you were gone some people wandered in and were caught by the traps, you now had a bit more money, and some notoriety as people were known to be disappearing when they came here.
