-[X] While less effective for geting the heroes to arrive, extra focus should be given to checking for oppertunites to raid any of the Guilds and Cults that are evil, at least according to the locals. It will get money and weaken competition! Maybe even intimidate into joining up with you! I-it's not like you want more people or anything!
