To Struggle and Strive: The Combined Syndicates of America in 1932. A Kaiserreich Quest

Ok, so we promised the farmers ag colleges and mechanization, yeah?

Okay, proposed Tweaks and reasons.

--Tweak: SLC to drop State Nationalization, the reason for this is I want to do it myself in my plan, and I'd rather then focus their two die on the legal justifications and Sewer Socialism each.
--Propaganda Committee to drop Political Cartoonists. It's important and cool, but the DC for these two actions means I'd rather focus-in some:

Cross-Racial Agitation: The color line is splintering, but that's no reason to stop attacking it. Indeed, we should redouble our efforts and not stop until the racist divisions of our society are artifacts of the distant past. To that end, we should focus propaganda on areas where workers of different races live together but struggle apart, and encourage them to integrate themselves voluntarily, to accept that such divisions are arbitrary. Such practices may be legal in many states, but that does not mean they are acceptable. And that deviation must be corrected. Cost: 1 Resource. Time: 1 month. DC: 50/100/150. Result: Produce propaganda encouraging voluntary social integration.

Showing Solidarity: It has been a favored tactic for many capitalists to use colored or foreign or even female scabs in order to break up picket lines and end strikes, often creating racial tensions and unrest and even shedding blood they happily lap up. But such clever deceptions are failing and faltering before the solidarity various unions and other working-class organizations are showing. But that harmony is not present anywhere. And where it is absent we all suffer for it. So cover the front pages with images of black and white men standing together. Our diversity is our strength, not our weakness. Cost: 1 Resource. Time: 1 month. DC: 25/50/80. Result: Create propaganda showcasing the inter-racial solidarity that is already being shown.

-[] Parliamentarians: Loaning Expertise (Farmer's Colleges)

I want to make sure that we utilize the Syndintern's economic bonus to the fullest, and stabilize/revolutionize our economy enough to fulfill both Economic Mandates.

But I also want to make sure that we're setting ourselves up for future actions:
Backing Up Butler gives Butler the extra influence he needs to really go through our Martial category,
Develop a Radicalization Pipeline makes sure that the influx of "moderate" workers from Offer an Alternative don't just empower our reformist flank,
Create an Educational Program should help Farmer's Colleges and also start us on the path of the Education Action Tree,
and finally Editorial Control will allow us to basically Wave the Red Banner each turn.

Not sure about tweaks yet, I gotta figure out what actions all our subordinates are doing first.

I don't know if we need the Loaning Expertise for Farmers' College.

And, honestly I think State Nationalizations are more important than Rationalizing Production Schemes. I think we can do that next turn, and State Nationalization *also* takes advantage of the Syndintern bonus, and gives the Rationalizing more to work with Next Turn, you see?

Also, Farmer's Factories benefits from the +25, so I don't see why we shouldn't finish it out as quickly as we can?

Also, some Synergy thoughts. Back Up Butler's backlash might be weakened now that we've seen an example of how much more still needs to be done with the Red Guards. So this might be the perfect time to take it, since whatever else failed it's pretty self-evident within the CSA that Butler's working wonders so far.

New plan, as the previous one was made before the turn was posted and all the available actions were revealed. Starting Education will have to wait for when we have more influence to spare, and Rationalizing production methods will be more effective after the latest round of Nationalizations/Seizures.

But onto the new stuff! With the freed up influence I've decided to take Nationalizations and Farmer's Factories, as they benefit from the Syndintern Economic bonus and will allow us to fulfill the FTP mandate immediately. The Parliamentarians helping with the Nationalizations should give it a +40 bonus in total, which makes me willing to give it only 1 dice.

I've also decided to both send Arms and Trainers down to the Black Belt, considering the fraught situation caused by the emergence of the National Popular Front. In order to make sure they have a good chance of success, I'm using the last of our Syndintern Relations to give an additional +20 bonus to Arms and +40 to Trainers, on top of our usual bonuses, giving them a +53 to Arms and +70 to Trainers in total.

The bonuses will also still be around for the next 2-3 actions improving the Red Guards, so I think it's more than worth it. We'll just have to make sure to send some troops to South America and take some other Syndintern Relations boosting actions in the near future to make up for it.

Edit: Switched the SLC tweak from not doing Nationalizations to not doing Sewer Socialism, so that the dual effort can hopefully make sure it goes as well as possible.

I really really think we need to take action on the reactionaries in the red belt. Think we should use our tweaks to have schenk arrest Reactionary leaders instead of investigating fix the price

Provisional, and might do things involving the Syndintern. But the State Nationalization is literally called 'Transformative.' It's kinda, like, a very big deal to get exactly right, IMO. I get the urge to smuggle arms into the Black Belt, though...

I used Economic Warfare since it has one additional action over Nationalization Needs To Go Perfectly, but this should be an accurate table of actions/DCs/bonuses for this turn. @notbirdofprey is anything here incorrect?

I have been convinced by a change in Tweaks to switch sides. If both us and the SLC are doing it, that makes it twice as hard to mess it up even with one die.
