[X] With the army come reporters. Massacres of the scale necessary to break your Red Guards would be worse for the government than the Battle of Blair Mountain, the Columbine Mine Massacre, or the Payment Army Suppression. Have your men stay in place. Have them offer to help the army, in fact.
