Puss In Boots is an unreleased Abnormality we know fuck-all about.Ichthys seems to have minimal information that can be used and I can't find anything on the Puss in Boots in connection to Project Moon. Anyone mind telling me what they're about?
Hmmm, maybe some kind of genie, monkey's paw or deal with the devil type of abnormality? Or some kind of leader, a literal kingmaker or another deity abnormality, granting blessings?Puss In Boots is an unreleased Abnormality we know fuck-all about.
It has the number F-02-24-T. Puss in Boots is a black cat with green eyes and white paws on its hind legs.
As of now, it can only be found in the official artbook.
"Rarely do I talk to humans. You should consider it an honor. The humans who have joined me could attain greater wealth and glory. Have I told you the story of a humble farmer's son who I made a king?
Live view of Shi getting overworked kek.
An interesting thing about Headless Ichthys is the vein skeleton thing in its sac. Kinda reminds me of Carmen but it doesn't have the branch wings, its a little more flower shaped. Kinda reminds me of the Lunacy rose. The fish... El Grande Luxcavación Filtro... likely the hardest hitter of the squad, Fluid Sac being as stronk as it is.
Laetitia was already talked about plenty.
Puss in Boots could be the most personable of the Abnormality trio. It's perfectly suited for the role of guiding Missy through the ins and outs of Abnormality wrangling/EGO combat.
Hey, @ImDead1ns1de, I'd also recommend its EGO name to be Costantino Fortunato, the oldest recorded version of the Puss In Boots tale. With Constantino being the aforementioned boy, who Puss In Boots helps become a king.
I'd like for the Abnormalities to exist independently (if under Missy's control.). It stablishes them as characters instead of "powers" that she can use, and offers a much more interesting path. I'm very much looking forward to Laetitia dialogue. An interesting thing about Headless Ichthys is the vein skeleton thing in its sac. The name for Puss in Boots is pretty cool too.
Also, just to ask you guys, would you rather just have Missy gain EGO and just have that be her superpower, or do you want the abnormality to be a separate entity that Missy can merge with for EGO?
The former, definitely the former. Also, just to ask you guys, would you rather just have Missy gain EGO and just have that be her superpower, or do you want the abnormality to be a separate entity that Missy can merge with for EGO?
Me too

In general I can imagine it being bothFor me, it depends on how you decide to flavor Missy getting her powers.
If she's a Parahuman w/ a shard and all that, then I'd say just treat EGO as her power. Parahuman powers can work in pretty weird ways, so it somehow tapping into and then acting as a bridge into the Well of Humanity isn't too far fetched.
If the E.G.O. is an outside context thing, then treat the Abnormality E.G.O. as a separate entity. Missy has a long ways to go before she can manifest Personal E.G.O.
We have the physical appearance for the fish and its name, but its almost nothing while the cat at least has its legend to pull upon.Dammit I found this thread 3 hours too late to vote.
So we know basically nothing about one of the abnormalities yes?
