Jokes aside, after reading people's thoughts on what abnormality would work better, I have concluded that I have no idea what to vote for, since there are way too many options (and good ones too), so I'll just vote for abnos I like a lot.

Laetitia and Funeral are one of my favorite abnormalities. I just like them a lot. And I am legally obliged to vote for Brosin whenever he shows up.

And here's my wildcard vote that I'll just throw in.

While I am morbidly curious as to how some tool abnos (such as "We Can Change Anything") would work, I think this abnormality would also work with Missy. "Goodness, why are you making such a face? You're making others feel gloomy too. Please be more considerate, you don't live in this world alone after all."

Spicing up the pool, as requested. While Ebony Queen and My Form Empties are WAW, their EGOs that we use are respectively HE and TETH.

Also, what's your stance on unreleased abnormalities? Technically, backer abnormalities like Army in Black are non-canon. Therefore, unreleased abnormalities should also make the cut, no?

From what I can say backer or Rather donator ones do exist(there has been nothing indicated to say they do not exist in universe....... even if they are weird like you're bald), but in universe it has likely literally very little with money donation..... and might be more in line with a whole sale organ donation of sorts If my own theory is correct
L corp was still a wing with unsavory practices even if it was in the name of the 'greater good'

Now onto trigger theorization
Fragment of the Universe: straightforward in nature, Vista tries to tell her parents something she beilives important yet due to constantly arguing and being distracted they don't understand at all, overall pushing Missy right off the edge of frustration
Tourbot: this is an abberant of nothing there so in essence she might be trying to be a 'good person' by mimicking others only to unintentionally get into a horrid accident needing a prosthetic
Ebony Queen's Apple: this in essence has her trigger be the fact someone did better than her and she does something like push them in jealousy and bitterness or mayhaps someone with a happy family....... the kicker is doing so into a dangerous situation by utter accident like a traffic or off a high place on something sharp if this were the Apple it would be simpler and likely less dire by Ebony Queen requires a bit more direct malice to be involved
My form empties: likely Vista runs away from home....... then kidnapped by the end bringer cult known as the fallen who cause her to trigger, in essence mother Mathers counter weight and likely downfall of said organization if so..... very much a master and likely to pull off what carmen did...... if carmen was like Jessie of team rocket or became part of limbus company, disfunction junction ho!

Mirror of adjustment: likely would stem from a breaking point involving an internal feeling of inadequacy that if they could change their reflection they'd change themselves
Portrait of another world: since this associated with the Dorian grey story, in essence it will likely stem from Missy not wanting to grow up and become like her parents, a variation of Dorians own desire to remain beautiful
Rudolta of the sleigh: Christmas time accident or situation, nuff said
Baba yaga: likely a winter time accident where her parents die for one reason or another, likely by a cape one that is a 'witch' or 'boogieman'

Edit (rolls eyes fondly) I like theorizing but currently on the bus to head off for the daily business so it's a little bit of a tantalus situation your giving me with these theorizing opportunities when I'm about to be busy

Puss in Boots is one of my favorite unreleased abnormalities alongside with Jang-San-Beom. While the information about it exists only in the artbook, it had an ability called Tempting Offer and it's obviously based on the original tale. The image of Missy going around and tricking people is just too funny.

The effect of the abnormality could also be transferred to Missy fairly cleanly and without much adjustment, depending on what you make the trigger. As you said, the broader, emotional core here would be Missy not wanting to be like her parents, and depending on the specifics of the trigger-event itself - having the blame of her parents' relationship falling apart thrown at her by them, for example - could make damage transfer fit quite organically. A; she was unjustly accused of something not her fault, B; the power itself would do what was done to her at that moment, making her more like her parents, being directly contrary to her personal wishes and thus creating an endless source of internal friction that could easily lead into a self-reinforcing maladaptation.

Edit: Come to think of it, something a little more abstract than just damage would work better here. Remove the damage and return it as bad karma or fortune, maybe? You know, making someone else's life worse for them in other ways than the American healthcare system.

Well, if you are willing, to which character other than Missy would you assign which abnormality?

Personally, I'm mixing Emma and Queen Bee, with the latter's behaviour from Ruina rather than L-corp.

Honestly I would have given Emma screwloose wallop
Faulty strength is her paradigm afterall
Rachel Lindt aka the cape whose name is [rude term for a female dog], would have given her reddened buddy considering her history and normal ability
taylor...... no bones about it hex nail aka hurting teddy bear, and assuming shards can Have egos I'd give QA the one derived from the managers hand book
Because as demonstrated by the heart of aspiration during ruina and the backwards clock abberant in limbus
Tool abnormalities have a mind of their own that was suppressed by the qliphoth
Which started weakening the moment the seed of light was made in all likelihood

I think Danny would get You Must Be Happy or its aberration? There aren't a lot of City related abnormalities. Uh... Nilbog might actually get Laetitia or Whitenight or something because he's friends with his creations and is also trying to play god. Sphere/Mannequin could get Shelter From the 27th of March because he started using his abilities to keep himself safe/isolated from the outside world.

Laetitia has a much closer connection to Nilbog than White Night, in my opinion. Though we don't really have any info on what he was like pre-trigger, at least to my knowledge, at least two emotional components of it can be guessed fairly reliably; significant isolation alongside exploitation of his person. White Night, for all of its antichrist theme, is... honest, in a way, in regards to its intentions and character once it gets tired of pretending. It is benevolent, in a considerably ego-centric way, but still benevolent while Nilbog only really cared for himself and his creations.

Got alot of ego but does mean well, I can only imagine scion trying to quantum freeze ..... only for that to not work
 
According to lore, abnormalities can't die... But Entities sure can!
Or... just slap Scion with White or Black damage until he's too depressed to move.

Heart of aspiration: straightforward, likely overworking herself to the point of exhaustion to try and stop her parents fighting and get the peace she craves........ doesn't last long and a heart attack later she triggers
Wouldn't that be wake up call, stressing and overworking your kid to the point of a heart attack due to the bickering between yourself and your spouse

Forsaken murderer:........ her parents leaving her in the care of an abusive baby sitter should do the trick here, might actually be an unscrupulous villain tinker who is acting under the guise of a babysitter
