Through the Ages (Exalted CK2 Style Empire Builder)

While it's tempting to immediately point the Wyld Hunt to our neighbors, I don't want to be too hasty about that.
Agreed. What's more, there's a good chance we won't need to point the Hunt at the Confederation - they Hunt might well do that all by itself. The Confederation's mysterious sponsor will look suspicious enough already. So rather than denouncing the Confeds and then looking like we're making a power play when the accusations turn out to be baseless, if asked (and I'm pretty sure we will be asked at some point) whether the Confederation might be Anathema patsies we should simply answer truthfully that we have no clear indication of Anathema involvement and offer to share what we know.

What we will actually share then will be thoroughly inconclusive, but just suspicious enough that the Wyld Hunt will want to investigate. And who knows... maybe they'll even find something? Either because there really is an unknown Lunar backing the Confederation, or perhaps because we put it there.

There's... Uh, there's not really much you two have to teach each other?

I mean, by conventional skill, you're both pretty much masters, and Lunar and Solar magic work on two completely different paradigms.
I think the question was more asking why Neiya doesn't have a training option as well. Altren improved over the timeskip, but Neiya looks mostly the same, at least as far as I can tell.

@Alectai

Karasu has a trait that says he "May train elite units".
So will we get an Elite unit of Heavy Infantry after two years if he trains them, or for we need to do something extra - pay more or something else?

The last time we doubled up was at the endgame for the last chapter. We just got the bonuses added together. There doesn't seem to be a special synergy bonus.
Well, there is the benefit that we can stack them together. Which in most cases produces ridiculously high results. I would say that is a bonus by itself already.

Watching them closely...: The Wyld Hunt is scary, and they're conducting their investigations with profound professionalism. Keeping your Intelligence Services on the ball should give you insight on what they're up to. Cost: 500 Obols, Time: 1 Year, Chance of Success: 75%. Reward: Wyld Hunt Actions this turn are revealed.
I'm inclined to go with this as one of our Intrigue actions. It might not directly reduce their strength, but information is key when it comes to intrigue. Find out what they're up to, figure out the patterns in which they think and we might be able to make them dance to our tune until they collapse from exhaustion.

I'm also rather curious to know if Gentle Rain is a spy. I'd be surprised (slightly) if she isn't, but it would be good to have confirmation.

That's a good reason to use the Learning action to buy the interest of the secular Dragonblooded coming along.

I think that leads up to flipping them, or getting them to stand aside right?

Although waiting a turn and then putting a PI on it could also be very much worth it.
Our learning is 30, just as high as Piety.
An extra 25 or, probably, 30% success on it, and halving the time, could help us a lot.

Question I read somewhere that halfcaste child of a Solar can became a god like godblooded. True or not?

Well... You are correct it about being as high...
Martial: 10+20+10=40
Diplomacy: 19+10=29
Stewardship: 10+10+5=25
Intrigue: 10+10+5=25
Learning: 15+10+5=30
Piety: 20+10=30
But the PI -section that was appearantly just updated shows this:
Martial Actions: Increase the chance of success by 30%, reduce time needed by 50%. Training Units personally will guarantee the creation of an Elite Unit. Critical Range increased by 5%

Diplomacy Actions: Increase the chance of success by 25%, reduce time needed by 25%.

Stewardship Actions: Increase the chance of success by 25%, reduce time needed by 25%

Learning Actions: Increase chance of success by 25%, reduce time needed by 25%

Intrigue Actions: Increase the chance of success by 25%, reduce time needed by 25%

Piety Actions: Increase chance of success by 30%, reduce time needed by 50%, reduces all Sacrifice costs by 500 Obols.
So I don't know if it works that way.

Also, getting past rank 30 doesn't seem to raise the numerical chance further (except maybe for the increased critical ranges), but gives instead additional benefits like reduced completion time, elite units, reduced cost, not getting caught (in Neiya's case), etc, etc...

Also, Neiya's stats and PI scores for comparison. I'm wondering why there also one PI is lower than you would think, in this case Stewardship:
Martial: 12+12+3=27
Diplomacy: 17+10=27
Stewardship: 6+10=16
Intrigue: 20+15+5=40
Learning: 15+10=25
Piety: 10+10=20
Martial Actions: Increase the chance of success by 25%. Training Units personally will guarantee the creation of an Elite Unit. May lead to unexpected discoveries.

Diplomacy Actions: Increase the chance of success by 25%, may acquire surprise bonuses.

Stewardship Actions: Increase the chance of success by 10%

Learning Actions: Increase chance of success by 25%, tendency to go off on tangents may open up new lines of inquiry.

Intrigue Actions: Increase chance of success by 30%, Guaranteed not to be detected even on a failure. Critical Range increased by 5%..

Piety Actions: Increase chance of success by 15%

I have been looking our sheet, and I find that two of our celestial contacts are Syndics..:o They are as pro-solar as a god could be.

How far away are we from Whitewall? We could really benefit from an alliance with Whitewall.. They would like food, they want a sorcery institution, restore Ondar Shambal (through a solar, ideally zenith), provide security from external threats, notably creatures of darkness. We can give all of this.

Although, an open alliance can only happen if we prove that we can fend off the Realm. We will have to look for help from Lunars for this and the next chapter.

Here's the map. If you look north of where Chanta is marked on the map, you'll see a little castle icon. I think that is roughly where we are. Whitewall can be found on the peninsula between the Blessed Isle and the Wasting Tundra.

I'd like to point out that Whitewall is well within the Realm's circle of direct influence/control (helpfully marked on the map), so allying with us openly would be rather dangerous for them, even after we've proven ourselves.
