Here is a thing. I think that if we want to do Ghost Rider justice, it needs to be R rated.

Thinker90's unfinished Black Cat Pitch.
Black Cat movie pitch (loosely inspired by "Guardian Devil")
The story will be told in a non linear way, jumping between the past and the present. All from the PoV of Black Cat.
And in the third act there would be another PoV, of Spider-Man.
In the distant past:
A freshman at Empire State University, Hardy is very intelligent and ambitious, her future look bright, all that's until she was raped by her boyfriend Ryan.
Hating the idea of being a victim, she trained herself in various fighting styles and acrobatics, intent on killing him.
Finally, after months of preparing, she set out for revenge, but before she could find him, Ryan was killed in a drunk driving accident.
Furious that she was denied the chance for revenge, Hardy decided to utilize her new skills to follow in her father's footsteps.
Her first target is Ryan rich asshole uncle, Quentin Beck.
In the present:
Felicia is a professional burglar, while she is a bit "robin-hood" in the sense she steals only from assholes she also very vindictive and sometimes go a little to far considering the "offence" of the assholes.
But recently her life became a living hell, it starts small with some of her friends suddenly stop contacting her, but grows to be more and more intolerable. With increasing amount of fucked up incidents that slowly destroy her mentally.
It's reaches a climax when she tries teaming up with Spider-Man to find what is happening when he suddenly pins her down and almost rape her before she escapes.
But when she gets away she finds out it's not him (flashback to the Spider-Man movie where there is a detail that's inconsistent with the "spiderman" that tried to rape her).
Then she realize that it's not just a bad luck, but someone is actively trying to make her go insane.
She decide to trick him by approaching "spiderman" again and tricking him into thinking that she is trying to find out with him who the imposter spiderman is while she knows that he it's him.
She manage to trick him and discover he is no other than Quentin Beck.
In the no so distant past (Spider-Man PoV):
Peter notice something is off with Black Cat and decide to investigate but quickly gets side tracked as he discovers that someone is pretending to be Spider-Man while commiting terrible crimes.
He then discover that Black Cat know about that and she left him a message with a plan to hunt down the imposter.
He quickly runs to join the fight
Third Act:
I have no idea how to finish it but I think it can make a cool Black Cat origin story+first appearance of Mysterio.
Feel free to add your ideas.

Personally I would rather leave Mysterio for something else, the script proposed earlier of him getting jealous of Spider-Man and deciding to be a hero for the fame and attention of it, then attracting the attention of a real evil sorcerer sounds too fun for me to pass up on.
Maybe change Mysterio for the Chameleon having been hired to sabotage Spider-Man Reputation for example?

I think the Black Cat movie would also be a great way for us to introduce the Kingpin and build up hype for Daredevil.
But can we cut out the rape part of her backstory? That's such a common tactic by comic book writers when giving female characters backstory and it is really lazy.

If we are doing a heist movie, something like trying to prove that This Time her father was framed (He also being a cat burglar of some skill) and getting a cat agility/luck blessing via the classic broken ancient artifact trope.

Also, I might not get an update today, depending on whether or not I have a meeting. Because the people I'm working with have just sprung stuff on me in the last minute. But, it usually starts in... twenty minutes, so if it doesn't happen by then? I'll just edit this.

Ghost Rider, an Action, Comedy, Horror movie. A great mixture for the character of Ghost Rider.
And... Black Cat, a Heist movie that would also be a Drama and Thriller. All stuff that fits with the character of Felicia Hardy.
Alright... you can work with that. Now, you have to begin work on... one of the movies.

It's the more important movie, it's going to be some kind of a sequel to Spider-Man, it's going to advance his and Felicia characters.

Regardless of importance or lack of it, Ghost Rider has a time limit, way safer to do it first.
Also Ghost Rider will be the first movie in our cinematic universe that estabilishs magic as a thing, and Ghost Rider is a rather popular character, I'd say he is quite important.
