I should know by now that none of you are planning on giving up on this :V
We would be doing this even if Mary were a sapient space fungus. They fit so well together; you can only blame yourself, and us.

Ah, but I in particular have stronger reasons for the shipping. Lily must exist. ...pun absolutely intended.

Slice of Life - Study Schedules
Oh good Lord, I can just imagine Vega or Mary having an aneurysm after coming across a site filled with RP-slashfics starring Amanda-Mary, Amanda-Vega, Vega-Mary, or Amanda-Mary-Vega. Or, even better, Iris coming across it. Poor kid. :V

"And in domestic news, a creative writing server bank suffered an unexpected loss of data when one of its servers was found to have become irretrievably corrupted. Unfortunately, the system backups were in the process of syncing when the corruption was discovered, and very little proved recoverable. We go now to database expert..."

You muted the continuing broadcast with a gesture, and peered over at Iris. The AI looked up at you as the sound cut off, and cocked her head in confusion. "Why did you turn it off, 'Mandy?" She asked.

"Weren't you having a look around some of those sites yesterday?" You replied, with a question of your own. "I'd have thought you would've seen something like that."

"Oh, well, you can never be sure. Their infrastructure is much less robust than the Ministerial ones. Errors can slip in so easily, you know." She blinked innocently, and you offered up a little sigh of exasperation.

"What are you going to do for your reading, then?"

"Well, it's not like that was the only archive out there." Iris said brightly, her avatar bouncing a little on the seat. "I can't see me running out of resources anytime soon."

"Well, as long as you're sure." You said carefully, another gesture resuming the audio for the broadcast. Iris bobbed her head happily, and went back to listening.

:Sidra?: You sent, tuning out the voice of the broadcaster as he continued the interview with the specialist. :Can you schedule in some time tomorrow to talk to Mary about Iris's study schedule. I'd like to check a few things.:

:Of course, Amanda. Anything in particular?:

You considered that for a moment, then shrugged mentally. :No, not really.: 'Have you been teaching Iris hacking' wasn't a question you were willing to put down outside the privacy of your thoughts. :Just a few questions.:

I REGRET NOTHING

Yes, yes there was. There was also some Amanda x Vega speculation that occurred around the time that Unisonbound became a thing.
I dunno, Snowy could consider all the ship-tease a win by just refusing to actually put anything in that coalesces things down to a definite ship.
Quantum shipping? :D

CUTENESS IS WORTH ANY PRICE
Truth.

Then you either get a shipping war, or or a shipping blob, where everybody gets shipped with everybody else. Just wait until I finish my Amanda/Vega/Mary/Vision/RenegadeShiplord thing.

Oh no, now I can't get the idea of Shiplords as shippers out of my head.
So 'tis.

...who said I wanted to stop that?
Who would get shipped?

I think I'm for Shurna, because that's terrifying.

The crippled, pleading wreck of a QM that I know is hiding behind this cultured facade, desperate for a quest where his playerbase and/or dice don't take a tactical nuke to all of his carefully laid plans. You know, the one from TMLB when Turn 13 happened ;)
I guess I have to read that now.

This isn't a denial to the general thrust of the statement :p
No, but this is: Fools fight the madness. Smart individuals incorporate the insanity of the dice into their designs. My foolishness has passed, and now I see!

No idea who'd be shipped. Shippers are like the winds -- unpredictable, and then implacable. I leave 'em to it. :D

Just bear in mind that TMLB is on hiatus following burnout on my end. What's there is a good read, though -- I certainly hope!
