USS John F. Kennedy
San Diego Naval Base

Jennifer looks melancholy. "Hey, at least you can say you have a service history around here. Basic gist? As far as the eggheads can tell, I'm technically from about 2 years into the future, relatively speaking. My memories say I got taken out by Abyssals from beyond visual range without a fight, but my memories of that also say it happened on March 27th, of the year 2020, not the year 2018. Honestly the term used by Luna to describe her situation also applies. Sparkly Magic Girl Bullshit." Jennifer scoffs, mostly at herself.
USS Worcester
San Diego Naval Base

"That is... strange," Worcester replied, the barest touch of confusion entering her voice. The existence of shipgirls like herself was odd enough given that magic and spirits were the things of fantasy as far as she had known, but a shipgirl from the future? That was a little out there in her opinion, even with their current situation. Still there was nothing for it right now so she dipped her head to Kennedy in a tiny nod as she returned to her meal once she had added, "Thank you for the refit suggestions, I will look into what you recommended."

Jennifer simply nods, going back to eating her food.

HMAS Hobart
San Diego Naval Base

"Come in, please.", Anna responds, not terribly sure how to carry on the conversation from there. Gesturing at her surroundings, she continues. "How nice of you to come see me. I'd tell you to have a seat, but to be honest I don't think there's much to sit on."

"Actually... I b-brought a couple of friends with me too... H-Hopefully it i-isn't too cramped..." Hobart mumbled as she opened the door a little wider, revealing the group that had tagged along.

The little destroyer shuffled into the repair baths, drawing the overcoat she normally draped over her shoulders a little tighter around her. For a moment, Hobart was silent as she stared at Tirpitz with a faint expression of nervousness on her face.

"..." She opened her mouth and then clicked it shut, squirming awkwardly on the spot and opening it again. "U-Um... A-Are you... a-alright?"
