What type of vote are you trying to do? The format you stated is the format for ranked voting, by default ranked instant runoff- for details, see
voting and
ranked.
It's ranked and by task. It seems to have mostly worked, but some people using Xs instead of numbers and the write-in option of the clubs seems to have confused it slightly. Still, it seems to still be clear enough to understand what's winning.
I have to wonder. Is the Archmage a total dick who does not like or respect anyone, or is he capable of being fond of other people to some degree?
For most characters I would suggest 'go talk to them and find out' but that's less of an option with the Archmage, so I'll give some slight insight.
The Archmage is...
capable of liking and respecting people. Indeed, a very long time ago, he and Colm were the best of friends. Rivals always, but friends nonetheless. Now there's a great deal of hate there of course, but of everyone else in the world, it is still Colm that the Archmage respects the most, even if it's always grudging and with a great deal of scorn mixed in.
As for other people... He has at least a small amount of respect for the official faculty of the College, to varying degrees. Not much in almost all cases, but enough that they would have to go out of their way to irritate him enough that he would kill them. He doesn't really like or dislike any of them however. And expanding on that, if he saw the TA's work, he would actually respect her tremendously. Almost as much as he respects Colm even.
In a broader context outside the College... He has at least some respect for everyone on the city council except for Morgan Blackreach and Astrea (And the Pact, but he doesn't really consider the Pact as a person). Why he has no respect for Morgan is probably pretty guessable based on what you know of the Archmage, and he has no respect for Astrea for ~reasons~. He does not particularly
like any of them though.
As for people the Archmage might or might not be otherwise fond of... Maybe, maybe not.
