Fine, but for Gurps spell casting the food area is pretty darned handy and you'll never, ever go hungry and always have clean water :)
Witchblade powers don't include not getting dysentery or anything else noxious like that.

So, I started with a character sheet, but I got a bit confused when I got to the "Magic User" bit. Namely, the OP says that Mages get 4 "spells" but it's never actually defined what a spell is.
Here's the exact quote:

I'm bit very sure on this, but I think the magic system is divided into tiers of effect, kinda like this:

Cantrips: basically the lvl 0 spells in DnD. Instigation or something? Parlor tricks, mostly.

Power words: simple effects, most effect will go away on their own. If you use a power word to conjure fire, that fire will disappear on its on.

Spells: The workhorses. More powerful and complex effects. Effects are real and pernament. If you call fire with a spell, that's fire gonna burn until it's out of fuel or you put it out.

Ritual: Big shits. Need time, location, materials. Spectacular effect

i know but with all the additional powers the Witchblade, so you if you could remove the other two from your CS that would be fine.

We briefly mentioned this on previous page to ensure it fits into building level power to start with.

Okay so low magic is something you might use every day - you're cold so you create warmth or heat, need a spark to light a fire, clean the water in your glass to avoid any unpleasantness.

Power Words are thing that are again short lived (unless you're causing a heart attack ) - although this would only work on weaker individuals. Use it on someone with some power and it'll just annoy them and they'll likely smack you upside the head. So they are of limited use, but if you are seriously wounded and surrounded by a two or three people that are just about to kill - using paralyse could be immensely useful so you could make a hasty retreat.

Spells are things that have a single effect, such as lightning bolt, fire shield, levitate.

Circle Magic would allow you to have a greater understanding and ability to use one type of magic - let's use fire here. You could hurl fireballs, waves of fire, create a fire shield to melt projectile, form a large fist of fire that picks someone up and smashes them into the ground.

Circle magic covers only one area.
Now your sheet says biomancy which would basically be the magic and science of genetic manipulation, and alteration. It is frequently used to augment, transform, deform, mutilate, and enslave. It would not include food, or body control.

Yeah, that is fine.
In fact in the SB Version I had a case of nanites which would do something very similar to what you have in mind. I could in theory have also included a Trek replicator I guess but i didn't. So yeah, I have no real issue with this at all. In fact I did toy with making you all low level Asgardians for this, but decided against it.

How will this start? Will we be together or seperated?

Separated I think, and you return to Sanctuary be able to encounter one another. My concern with starting together is that if one falls behind in posting it could kill the RP. But feel free to discuss between you - if two of you want to journey together go right ahead. I guess the other thing about starting some of you together in Sanctuary is that you can start to set up your labs and whatnot - with no one else being able to enter this player safe domain.
 
I don't mind whether I start solo or paired up. It would probably be good for Xin to meet his first fellow traveller who's not trying to kill him, but starting solo has it's benefits too.

That would be ..hmmmmm....can i give you a list of spells and we make out what that would be ?she has put about 75 points in spells, i guess....

Listing spells is not going to be overly helpful as it clearly sounds like it is not going to fit neatly into one category, plus I just don't have enough time to spend looking up spells.
You'd be better just picking one.
