Just a guess based on our stats man...don't take it literally.Citation? We have no galactic idea of what his stats are. And even if Ordo is proud enough to really believe that I'm not!
What part of it wasn't meant to be taken literally? It seemed a pretty blatant post to me.Just a guess based on our stats man...don't take it literally.
Indubitably.I'm going to have fun after the prologue. I promise you that.
The twists will be amazing.
Now that doesn't sound like a reborn Mandalorian Crusade at all!If we run we need to find a planet off the navigation charts. I wonder if we will use the force for that like illum. Any way we need to prioritize farming equipment and food stores for moving this many people to a new planet.
Well, in canon at least we've seen that Maul doesn't want to run. At his heart he wanted to lead men before him and establish an actual power. That he was losing the war and still stayed speaks well of that at least - Sidious broke him after that. Casually disregarded his troops. Easily slaughtered his brother, and then for a brief few moments Maul was stronger than he'd ever been before and perhaps even thought he was matching Sidious. Before he was promptly dealt with, and his morale broken, then to be taken for torture. Why doesnt Maul just run alone he would have better chances of surviving?
It's the will of the Force.... Would you believe that this was the second Star Wars quest I've been apart of with roll this ridiculously good?
Which was the first?... Would you believe that this was the second Star Wars quest I've been apart of with roll this ridiculously good?
Yep.
This is my only real problem with this chapter, why did Ordo just randomly accuse this guy of being a slaver?

If we're from Dathomir and became a Jedi, that might have something to do with it.
It just does not sit well with the situation. This is a tense diplomatic meeting, deciding the fate of a planet and the first thing Ordo does is point to one of the obviously important personages and declare them a slaver. Not the most diplomatic thing to do.
It could be past biases springing up. For all that Ordo is a relatively just and calm individual, we also gave him a fairly strife ridden past. Mando first then raised on Dathomir? Whew... that'll screw anyone up. Also we have no idea who his master was yet so we're missing a complete picture on who Ordo is so far. More Omakes from us should help expand his character - basically all I've done and plan to focus on is his friendship with Anakin. I encourage you guys to flesh out other aspects too, helps give him a fuller characterization. It just does not sit well with the situation. He should have better control of himself in a diplomatic meeting like this, his diplomacy stat is really good and you do not blurt out that kind of accusation in this kind of meeting. It could be past biases springing up. how is he culturally mandalorian if he was raised dathomirian??
isn't it a culture group? It's more of a Religion/Way of Life then a purely cultural thing.
You could be born and raised in the lowest gutters of Nar Shadda and still end up a Mando.
Edit: Also I don't think Ordo is Mandalorian per say, atleast it hasn't been stated so far but I could be wrong.
Edit v2: Tho Ordo is a Mandalorian Clan name.
It was already said that we can't do that. We don't have the codes to do it and as you said, neither done have the time.Another potential option is the droids.. they can be reprogrammed but we don't have the time to do that right now..
I might be wrong here but as far as I remember reading somewhere they where scraped, repurposed or just reprogrammed for other tasks. Tho most were destroyed since the CIS caused most of the galaxy to have a hate boner for droids for a while. But don't quote me on that.
This is the way.Not purely cultural, there are those born into it such as those belonging to the Clans or on their Homeworld but also those that become Mandalorians. They don't have a species or bloodline so anyone can join them. So Mandalorians are really more of an Idea then merely a culture.
