Actually, China has suffered from our absence on the world stage to balance the colonial powers and we should probably work on something on that front. It'd be useful if they could serve as a springboard into the Russian far east in case of war.

Yeah Spain unfortunately only has limited use as an ally. It isn't even that useful as a gateway to Africa with Great Britain still in the picture. We need to be smart about committing to alliances. Our best bet is to create our own bloc that is loosely aligned with the constitutional monarchist bloc.

When it comes to China I see them as the perfect export partner to get the military industry started that we have to rebuild after Dillinger blew up Erfurt. I also think China is a good partner to send some of the disgruntled Bundeswehr veterans too that are determined to still pursue a military career. If we build up China militarily they might be able to challenge Russian hegemony in Central Asia in case of a wider conflict.

For ForPol, I think that détente with the bourgeoisie to the west is more important than proper alliances now. The goal is to avoid getting in a war until we have time to rebuild (and mutualize) our military-industrial complex, as far as I'm concerned.

It's tough to decide, so it took a little bit. There's few "bad" plans on the docket so I'm fine nearly any combination of them winning, for the most part. These synergize well to focus on a professional, revolutionary focused military. The Macobin Bloc.

In my opinion, the radical anarchists should aim at a genuine and significant reduction of the power of the state, rather than enforcing mutualization from the top.
