[X] - [Proficiency Pool] - 4d6. Studying is a talent of yours. You didn't skimp out on books in your youth and that shows. While not the best, you're certainly a better student than most.
I dont think i will vote for the next 3 votes about dice pool allocation as i dont think any of it really matters at this point, but i will be reading to see where this goes. That said, I thought the high librarian was a bit of a secret. (this is what I thought after listening to the first 2 books)
I think you need to redo this one, 1 hp to 3 mp?[] [Stat Boost] Ready to keep going. - +1 HP. You're well used to exertion. You've got plenty of vim and vigor to face the challenges ahead.
[] [Stat Boost] Sweating a fair bit. - +3 MP. Who needs to work out when you can simply read? Running long distances isn't your forte, but you're of average fitness
We have no basis for that assertion, and I favor combat over movement.[X] [Locomotion Pool] - 4d6. Speed is life, and you've lived yours to the fullest. Whether it be clambering up a tree, dashing down a hill, or swimming through a river, you've done it all and with great vigor.

It unbalanced.

Given the nonexistent mechanics, I'll show a pretty obvious example. Let's assume we have a magic missile spell that's 100% accurate and deals 1 dmg for 5mp. 3mp would be in our eyes equivalent to 3/5 of 1 hp, then. While being more versatile it becomes a debate. What?
Um saying who in there right mind would pick hp over mana?

Edit: That said yeah mp is the obvious choice even with this example.
How much of a role is creative use of our affinities gonna play in our battles? The way that combat will work is that each 'hit' against the enemy will deal 1 damage at base. Likewise against you. Spending MP will increase your dice pool to roll against their defenses. 1 MP = +1d6, 3 MP = +4d6, and so on. You'll also be able to do attacks like a 'Heavy Hit' which would deal double the damage. Critical rolls (exceeding their dc by over 2x) will also add damage. But yes, MP is pretty valuable, but HP is literally your lifeblood.

And in locomotion challenges?
